The whole experience was great, Kirsten first showed up for a consultation where she met the dogs, got a tour of the house and asked all of their needs etc. She takes the time to get to know the dogs well and make sure the dogs are well cared for and comfortable. Just before our vacation Kirsten contacted us and confirmed our reservation and went over the details. During our vacation we got a few pictures of the dogs via text and some confirmation that they were doing great. Kirsten spent a lot of time at the house and played with them and hung out. When we arrived home, we found the house was in perfect shape, dogs happy as can be, sheets from the guest bed in the washer and a daily update on how things went including a record of plants watered etc. Being comfortable with who your leave your dogs with is very important and we are very happy we chose Pet Sitters Unlimited. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time.
