I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Ally was wonderful with both kitties. She sent us emails each day with a detailed update and incredible photos. Per the USPS tracking, the medication will not arrive until a full 5 business days. It took PetSmart a day and a half from printing the shipping label to actually dropping the item off at USPS. As a large company, you would think that they would have a more efficient system to get items to the mailing facility. I understand the shipping policy said "most orders", but you would think that PetSmart would have enough sense to prioritize mailing MEDICATIONS but I guess in their eyes medications are not important. This was my first time ordering from you and it definitely is the last time. So you're asking what could improve? If PetSmart cannot adhere to their own shipping policy, especially regarding medication, they should probably change it as a create an unrealistic expectation for the customers. I am beyond annoyed!
