Similar to the Seattle Mudbay, The store is absolutely adorable and packed with everything a pet parent could want. They have leashes, collars, toys, high-quality pet food, and a great selection of fresh and locally sourced options. You can immediately tell this place is thoughtfully curated rather than just stocked with generic big-box items. The highlight for me was finding a leash for my corgi that I've been hunting for online for months that had been discontinued everywhere else. Somehow they had it, and it felt like striking gold. Shops like this are why I always try to explore local businesses when visiting a new place. This place clearly cares about the quality of the products they carry and the experience they create for pet owners. If you're on Bainbridge Island and have a furry companion at home, this place is absolutely worth a stop.

I could tell that she knew I was more comfortable holding him than anyone else. I like when people trust that you know your animal better than they do. Our other dog is a long hair and has only had one professional hair cut because after I picked her up (4 hours later!!!) I could have done a better job. I get my dog groomed as well as he ever has been and it's very affordable. Being in the ACE Hardware is convenient because I typically have something I need to buy there after I drop my dog off. However, what drove me to write this review is today I was with my dog walking around the river and he suddenly ran off and started thrashing around in what I discovered was a dead fish carcass. The smell was unreal. So a couple minutes later I called the Mt Si Salon asking if they could squeeze my dog in late on a Friday. Yes, they could give him a scrub. When I picked him up they had washed him 4 TIMES! When I got home, where I'm typing this, I realized they also clipped his nails and trimmed the hair on his paws- nothing I asked for or was charged for. Plus my dog came home wearing a Seahawks handkerchief around his neck, gratis! I don't get on this website easily, I could care less about reviewing most businesses except those that truly go above and beyond. Mt. Si Pet Salon is one of those businesses.

I had to contact AMCS for pending urine culture results and follow up again to clarify whether prescribed antibiotics should be continued. During hospitalization, we were told Internal Medicine would be consulted, but I never received clear confirmation of whether that occurred or what recommendations were made. During a subsequent hospitalization elsewhere, we learned about an additional treatment option that an AMCS veterinarian reportedly indicated could have been considered earlier, but it had not been discussed with us. I recognize that emergency veterinary care is complex. However, I expected better communication, transparency, and continuity of care from a specialty hospital. I aslo shared more detailed feedback directly with AMCS management in the hope that these concerns will help improve their practices for future clients.

Nothing feels better than a spring reset but I knew I probably couldn't do the job as well as the pros, so I found Neatme through Yelp Request a Quote. Sam responded quickly and I was able to find an appointment that worked for me and paid the deposit easily. They arrived on time and after I showed them to the bathrooms, they were off to work! One of my bathrooms is a half bath and wasn't too bad, but the other two are full baths. One of them is the kids' bathroom and the other is our master bathroom. The kids bathroom, as you can imagine, needed some TLC. After Neatme was in there it's sparkling and smells great! Our bathroom was the bear. I'll be honest - our shower is SO hard to clean. There was nasty build up and soap scum that literally makes me gag when I try to clean it (LOL I am so sorry to these guys) but they got it literally SPOTLESS! I can't tell you how happy I am with the results. I'm so excited to have it so clean and starting over on a literal clean slate.
