Ally was wonderful with both kitties. She sent us emails each day with a detailed update and incredible photos. After the first update, I knew our kitties would have a great week - with good attention and play each day with Ally. Ally also took care of the house - bringing in mail and lots of packages and watering the plants. Everything was in excellent order. I'm so happy to have found such an excellent pet sitting service for my kitties. Now, I know I can go out of town with the peace of mind that our kitties will receive fantastic care.

This had been a challenge--until Carol stepped in. Almost a year into her 3-4x weekly visits, Carol's kindness, attentiveness, and reliability have been pivotal to my peace of mind during long and hectic workdays. A recent example of this was when Carol first noticed that Ruby had become more hesitant during walks, which signaled a potential health issue as Ruby has always loved her walks. Carol's insight prompted a vet visit that revealed a worsening of Ruby's arthritis--a condition I hadn't yet spotted. Rather than suggesting we increase the walk time, Carol took the time to adapt our walk schedule into one that would accommodate both the pace of Ruby's leisurely strolls and that of Roxy's spirited jaunts, ensuring neither pup misses out on their much-loved outings. Carol's text updates and photos of my pups' day always bring me a smile, as well as peace of mind. It's rare to find someone so kind, dependable, and tuned in to the dogs' needs. Carol's Eastside Dog Walking is not merely a service; it's a gift to any pet owner. Her dedication to our dogs' happiness and well-being earns my highest recommendation.

Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.

I travel several times a month for business and needed to find consistent, dependable, affordable and of course loving, clean, professional care for my baby bully. Katherine was so great in explaining all of her services, and making me feel like she was the true doggie expert that she is. My nerves were calmed and I felt much more at ease being able to travel for work without worrying about Rocco. She walked me through her daily routine, and schedule and made sure to note any special diet, exercise restrictions or special needs of Rocco when we had our first stay. Rocco just loves Mike - I think they have a special bond since he is so happy to be dropped off there without a care in the world that I'm heading back out of town. Not only do they truly love my dog, but they take great care of them with daily walks, lots of love and attention and making sure all of his special needs are being met. Bulldogs are a bit high maintenance, with allergies, and sking/breathing problems that I really wanted to find someone that listened to my special instructions, and gave me frequent updates while I was traveling how my baby was doing. Katherine even went above and beyond and picked up a harness for Rocco so that he could enjoy walks without struggling with a standard collar that can be uncomfortable. He just loves his harness - because now he knows when I put it on that he gets to go on a fun walk with his doggie friends!!! I can't say enough about this wonderful pet sitting service that No Worries for pets provides. I have had to ask them to watch Rocco on short notice and they are always very good about accommodating my needs as best they can. They only take a few dogs into their home at a time in order to ensure each dog gets personal time, care and attention. The doggies even get their own comfy beds, and doggies suites in their home to share. The house is very clean and doggie friendly and I don't have to worry about Rocco getting into something, or hurting himself while I'm traveling. The website is also a wealth of information and very convenient for scheduling your upcoming trips. Thanks you so much Katherine and Mike for all your love and care of my baby Rocco!!!

I have booked cat sitting with them for 3 times since last year. We actually have everything automated at home (food, water, litter boxes), so our expectation for cat sitters is just to provide company for our three kitties. Anna and Emma were great with hanging out with them and making sure everything was ok. However, we had some issues when David visited our cats during our most recent trip. Maybe the behavior I'm describing below doesn't bother you and in that case I would recommend you to use their service. Though I think it is important for us to share our experience. We saw on our camera (which we told them about) that David found a box of nuts in our kitchen and ate some from it every time he was there. I couldn't care less about the value of the nuts but the lack of boundary really bothered me. This made us lose trust in him and wonder what he could be doing in our house when we are not around. It is a shame but because of this, we will not be booking any service from Bellevue Pet Sitters anymore.

Why would you put your dog at a kennel type place if you have or had this option. My dog is practically like family to Cindy now. It's honestly invaluable what she provides. My dog is never in a crate, and gets to hang with Cindy and her family, go out back and check out the chickens and other animals, he's not locked up in a cage for 20 of 24 hours a day. I get the overnight kennel places probably not having the man power to pay one on one attention to those dogs, but it's just that your dog is going from free reign of your own home to being in a kennel for hours at a time. It's a huge adjustment and difference. With Cindy, they're going from your home, to a home. She gives you updates too on how your dog is doing and sometimes even sends off photos too. She never had permission to have anyone in my home with my animals. Total violation of my trust, privacy and the safety of my pets and home. Then she left us a nasty note because we didn't have cable. She also posted on her public Facebook page that she was leaving my home for several hours, gave my first name and town (not hard for a crook to look up!). While at my house she once told me she was late getting back to another house where she was caring for dogs and that they would have gone to the bathroom in the house by that time. It is very stressful for dogs to have to soil their home - I wonder if those owners knew. And when I had her come to let my dogs out once during the day, I came home to find vomit full of dirt all over. I had told her not to leave my dogs outside alone for even a moment. She tried to tell me that my dog started eating dirt (sometimes she did this at certain times of the year and Debbie had been informed) and she ran inside and got cookies to get her to stop. There's no way my dog ate that much dirt in such a short period of time. When I turned on the tv that night, the tv was messed up (she'd screwed up the remote) so it was obvious what she was doing while she was supposed to be outside with my dogs. After those 2 negative experiences, I never called her again and would NEVER trust my animals or my home to this woman again! Now I also have cameras everywhere but if you want to take a chance with this person, be sure you have a camera so you know what is happening in your house with your pets.
