The best place to go to get your new glasses with kind service & follow up after you made your purchase. My husband's glasses was made wrongly not according to his request as the lab technician did not follow the instruction well. They have to remake the lenses and Dr. Nguyen's office even able to ship his lenses all the way overseas. They truly have a caring attitude rather than just wanting your business. I absolutely love this place! Good customer service still exists here! The girls at the front desk are so nice and very quick to help with anything! I have very dry eyes and it's very hard for me to find contacts that I can wear all day. They were very patient with me here as I tried 5 different brands! Went in for my first ever eye exam and everyone was wonderful!!!! They said that my glasses would take 5 to 10 business days to arrive but they came in 2! I'm not a big fan of wearing glasses so I will probably go back in and get contacts. read more

i haven't had my eyes checked since i was a kid cause i've always seen clearly and am super squeamish about the idea of anything going near/touching my eyeballs, but one too many late nights at work in front of the computer was causing my vision to go blurry, so i decided to get my eyes checked here. overall, the doctor made me felt pretty comfortable in spite of my eyeball squeamishness by explaining each step of what he was doing. they had a lot of cute designer glasses there i ended up metting my first pair ever (with a 0.25 prescription). will probably come back for a pair of sunglasses next year. read more

I came here recently after I got punched in the face (no joke). I needed an eye doctor to check out my eye and make sure it was alright. My experience here was extremely positive. Dr. Nguyen checked out my eyes and told me there were no tears or long term injuries. He checked for glaucoma, diabetes, blood pressure, some air puff test...the works. I've been to other eye clinics where they have someone besides the eye doctor do some of these things for them and then you have to wait like 15-20 min before the real eye doctor comes to check you out, but at Comfort Vision, Dr. Nguyen did all the work. The staff at the front were very nice and helpful. I found out that there was a change in ownership recently so if you have been here before then you may not have met some of the staff or Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen saw all 3 of my young children about a month ago (ages 5, 7, and 10) and did an excellent job of dealing with each one in a very personal, patient, and professional manner. He is very caring and conscientious and my kids really liked him and felt comfortable with him. Likewise, he has also examined my eyes recently and has shown much care and interest in making sure the prescription is right on; I saw another OD earlier this year and was experiencing problems with my new prescription; the other Dr. found this bothersome and so I decided to see Dr. Nguyen after having such good results with my children; this has been an excellent choice! read more

I disagree with Steve's comment. Comfort vision was asking me to pay full balance for half of the order. They didn't try to help locate the glasses for my son. They were saying that both orders were linked and I have to pay full amount even though one pair of glasses were ready. If both orders were linked, then why only one order was ready? Why I would insist on paying higher amount than necessary? Please get your facts together and try to serve the customers rather than trying to make excuses. read more

I had needed to book an eye exam right away and hoped to find a good optometrist nearby. When I called Comfort Vision the staff member who answered the phone was very polite and booked me in that very day. The interior of the location is set up nicely and looks good. The staff was very helpful and kind. As I had visited the location for the first time, I did come in a few minutes late; however, they did not take offense and there was no wait. I also found them to be very thorough when it came to the eye exam. They did tests I had not seen at other locations I had been to in the past and were good about warning me if certain tests were not covered by my insurance (thankfully they were all covered). The doctor listened to any questions I had and took the time to show me and go over the results of the tests that had been done. However, it should be noted that in terms of buying eyewear, unless you have insurance that will cover the cost for glasses, Costco has the cheapest price I have seen. Overall, I was really pleased with the experience and ease of booking an appointment. It is a place I wouldn't mind going to again for yearly eye exams. read more

Came here for the first time and my experience at first was great. The assistant that did my pre-exam intake was very nice. The place was very clean and they had technology I did not see at my previous eye doctor. I had my visit with Dr. Tam and I felt like she was rushing and extremely dismissive of my symptoms. She told me my dizziness I experienced was not optometry related and said I was indecisive about the correct lenses while she was doing my exam. First off, she switched between the lenses really fast, literally going from lens 1 to 2 in .001 of a second (like I said she was rushing), and it takes my eyes some time to adjust so I had to ask her to switch back to the previous lens. I also felt as though I wasn't able to ask questions because the responses I received were very short and almost demeaning. I am not coming back here, I don't appreciate how dismissive Dr. Tam was and also, how I felt like I wasn't able to ask questions without getting an annoyed response. read more
