I have been going to Comfort Vision for many years now and I have never wanted to try a new place! I have had exams with both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Sea and they are both wonderful! 10/10 would highly recommend this place for you next check-up :) read more

This office is clean and has a great variety of frames. The doctor was very helpful and thorough with my exam. My glasses turned out very clear and comfortable. I will be coming back here to get my contacts fitting. Thanks Dr. Nguyen! read more

Not really happy with them. My insurance company pays for an exam every two years - but they wouldn't re-order contacts for me because it has been over a year since I had an exam and they said my prescription is only good for a year! I will go elsewhere. read more

Nice staff and great doctors. Me and my husband went for our eye exam to different doctors at this location and we both had great experience. I had to reschedule my appointment so many time but they rescheduled everytime without any hassle. The location is best and they have little but great selection of glasses read more

Dr. Sea was friendly and helpful. I came to this clinic because I heard great things from friends and now I know why. She's knowledgeable at the job and very great customer service. Most optometrists I go to usually try to rush you to get to the next patient but Dr. Sea didn't. This is the best place to get your eyes checked in WA! read more

Being unhappy with my current optometrist (long wait times, not very personal or friendly), I decided to try Comfort Vision. I visited them for the first time this week and had a great experience. The staff is professional, efficient, and very helpful. After filling out my form I was promptly called in. In fact, I don't think I've ever waited less time at a doctor's office. Dr. Nguyen did a great job explaining everything and answered all of my questions. I'm very satisfied and glad to have a new optometrist. Highly recommended! read more

I absolutely love this place! Good customer service still exists here! The girls at the front desk are so nice and very quick to help with anything! I have very dry eyes and it's very hard for me to find contacts that I can wear all day. They were very patient with me here as I tried 5 different brands! Doctor Sea is so friendly and very good at her job. I would highly recommend this place for eye exams, contacts, or glasses. I'll be going here for years I can tell! read more

I have been going to Comfort Vision for ten years now. All of the doctors have always been extremely personable and friendly. The staff is helpful and accommodating. I will continue to support this business for many years to come! read more

My husband has gone here for years and I recently went for the first time. The staff here is awesome and service is top notch.

The best place to go to get your new glasses with kind service & follow up after you made your purchase. My husband's glasses was made wrongly not according to his request as the lab technician did not follow the instruction well. They have to remake the lenses and Dr. Nguyen's office even able to ship his lenses all the way overseas. They truly have a caring attitude rather than just wanting your business. We used to be a customer at another optical office in Lynnwood but this place will be our must visit place if we are to get our new pair of glasses. Thanks Nicki & Mylan! read more

Love this place. The doctor and staff are phenomenal. Very nice friendly and knowledgeable. Eyeglasses and lenses came Out perfectly and a great price! I would Highly recommend to anyone! read more

Went in for my first ever eye exam and everyone was wonderful!!!! They said that my glasses would take 5 to 10 business days to arrive but they came in 2! I'm not a big fan of wearing glasses so I will probably go back in and get contacts. read more

No complaints, they have a nice selection, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I haven't had my glasses in years and finally feel normal again! read more

i haven't had my eyes checked since i was a kid cause i've always seen clearly and am super squeamish about the idea of anything going near/touching my eyeballs, but one too many late nights at work in front of the computer was causing my vision to go blurry, so i decided to get my eyes checked here. overall, the doctor made me felt pretty comfortable in spite of my eyeball squeamishness by explaining each step of what he was doing. they had a lot of cute designer glasses there i ended up metting my first pair ever (with a 0.25 prescription). will probably come back for a pair of sunglasses next year. read more

I came here recently after I got punched in the face (no joke). I needed an eye doctor to check out my eye and make sure it was alright. My experience here was extremely positive. Dr. Nguyen checked out my eyes and told me there were no tears or long term injuries. He checked for glaucoma, diabetes, blood pressure, some air puff test...the works. I've been to other eye clinics where they have someone besides the eye doctor do some of these things for them and then you have to wait like 15-20 min before the real eye doctor comes to check you out, but at Comfort Vision, Dr. Nguyen did all the work. The staff at the front were very nice and helpful. I found out that there was a change in ownership recently so if you have been here before then you may not have met some of the staff or Dr. Nguyen. The strip mall that it's located in seems relatively new. Inside it's pretty spacious and clean, right off bothell-everett hwy read more

Dr. Nguyen saw all 3 of my young children about a month ago (ages 5, 7, and 10) and did an excellent job of dealing with each one in a very personal, patient, and professional manner. He is very caring and conscientious and my kids really liked him and felt comfortable with him. Likewise, he has also examined my eyes recently and has shown much care and interest in making sure the prescription is right on; I saw another OD earlier this year and was experiencing problems with my new prescription; the other Dr. found this bothersome and so I decided to see Dr. Nguyen after having such good results with my children; this has been an excellent choice! read more

I had a great experience at Comfort Vision. I came in for an eye exam and also a new pair of glasses. Dr. Sea and her staff was professional and personable. They made sure I was happy before I walked out the door. Most definately worth the drive from Tacoma. The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. Give them a try and you'll "see". read more

What else could I say other than superb service and a commitment to the patient. My eyes are essential to my career as a flight tester, the time spent and technically superior approach in finding the right solution for my vision was head and shoulders above the rest. Dr Sea's commitment to her patients and can-do attitude in finding the best solution and genuine concern for her patients is greatly appreciated and has not gone un-noticed. Do yourself a favor, take the time to experience this eye care experience, you will not be dissapointed. Great Staff and Great service!! read more

Very friendly and understanding staff who took the time to help me get what I needed. They even offered a discount off a very expensive pair of glasses I need. Highly recommended, well-run, and overall superb business. read more

I had such a good experience, the doctor was very efficient and friendly, I've never had so much precision in a pair of glasses. The faculty staff is super friendly and getting an appointment with them is easy! read more

After hearing nothing but good things about Comfort Vision from my mother and sister, I went for myself and was very happy. They have great customer service, are open on weekends, and walk ins are welcome. They said glasses were going to take 5-7 business days, and only took 4 business days! Everyone is friendly and seams to genuinely enjoy working there. Love my new glasses! read more

Dr. Sea and her staff are great. Both my wife and I refreshed our prescriptions there this month and couldn't be more pleased.

I disagree with Steve's comment. Comfort vision was asking me to pay full balance for half of the order. They didn't try to help locate the glasses for my son. They were saying that both orders were linked and I have to pay full amount even though one pair of glasses were ready. If both orders were linked, then why only one order was ready? Why I would insist on paying higher amount than necessary? Please get your facts together and try to serve the customers rather than trying to make excuses. read more

Super friendly staff! Kept my daughter busy, they have a toy chest! Been here a few times and would definitely recommend going here.

I'm changing my rating. After talking to them about the billing issue, I understand it is how the insurance works. I visited them again and their customer service is awesome. They great you nicely and treat u very well. read more

Very professional staff and great service. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. No sales pressure. I've been going to Comfort Vision for a few years now, and I will continue to go there. My daughter is also a customer! read more

Doctor was rude and condescending blaming his errors on me. Could not even keep track of my prescription and wasted a lot of my time. My husband and I would not recommend. Way better options out there. read more

Great staff and doctors, they were helpful in getting me in for an appointment last minute!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are super friendly and helpful. He let me test out several different brands of contacts over the course of a few weeks to make sure I was comfortable. read more

I went in to get my eyes checked for the first time in my life. Found out that I needed glasses for both distance and reading. I ended up buying two pairs of glasses. After getting the glasses and time spent wearing them.... The glasses just did not feel right. Hats off to the staff as they figured out the issue. Nikki and Lillian, took the time to help me find the correct pair. Golden star for customer service and how they responded to solve the problem. Now looking forward to the new frames. read more

I had needed to book an eye exam right away and hoped to find a good optometrist nearby. When I called Comfort Vision the staff member who answered the phone was very polite and booked me in that very day. The interior of the location is set up nicely and looks good. The staff was very helpful and kind. As I had visited the location for the first time, I did come in a few minutes late; however, they did not take offense and there was no wait. I also found them to be very thorough when it came to the eye exam. They did tests I had not seen at other locations I had been to in the past and were good about warning me if certain tests were not covered by my insurance (thankfully they were all covered). The doctor listened to any questions I had and took the time to show me and go over the results of the tests that had been done. However, it should be noted that in terms of buying eyewear, unless you have insurance that will cover the cost for glasses, Costco has the cheapest price I have seen. Overall, I was really pleased with the experience and ease of booking an appointment. It is a place I wouldn't mind going to again for yearly eye exams. read more

I brought my 4 year old in and he DID NOT want to be there. Nicki was so incredibly patient with him and so so friendly. Dr. Nguyen was so great with him and even managed to make to make him smile. After the exam he picked out a new pair of sunglasses and was so excited to tell everyone about his new glasses! They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses for kids and adults! I would tell anyone looking for an amazing eye doctor for their kids or themselves to go here. read more

I started going to Comfort Vision in 2015. I wore transition lenses for 3 years. My eyes could not adjust to their brand of lens. They worked with me and after three attempts we found a lens that worked at no additional cost to me. The Comfort Vision staff were easy to work with and helpful. I am very happy with my care at Comfort Vision. read more

Great service, decent prices on eye wear. Really like the doctor and staff.

Great place with a competent and helpful staff. Our whole family goes there and we are all very pleased. It is not a big box store so you do not feel like just another number. However, even though the business is small the selection of glasses was still more than adequate. read more

We have been going to comfort vision for 3-4 years now. Great service all around and we purchase all our glasses and contacts from them as well. Glasses have lasted much longer and been higher quality than any previous pair I've ordered. read more
