They included two follow up maintenance calls valued at $75 each. They should have just taken the money off the bill at the time because these visits were worthless. After each of these calls, they made suggestions as to how I could spend more money with them and did not perform any maintenance at all. I contacted them and all they did was to continue sending me boilerplate emails recommending I buy more of their "services". They are unresponsive and they do not do what they say they will do. BTW, I worked for Honeywell for years doing commercial HVAC maintenance and these guys may not be scammers, but they are acting like scammers in my opinion.

He promptly setup an appt for tech to come for electronic leak search. Within 2 working days Tech & trainee were here to preform leak search and 2 more days our Comfort Advisor was discussing our new unit.
