After the service, the floors were still visibly dusty (see attached photo of a paper towel after wiping the floor), and we even found dirty dishes put back in the cupboards, not to mention other areas not fully cleaned. When we raised these concerns with the company, they refused to address them in any fashion--citing a policy requiring that any such issues be reported in 24 hours. Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. Instead, we were left with subpar service and rigid, unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and reliable cleaning service.

They sent two housekeepers for three hours. They did not quite finish in that time, but I was not charged extra. I pointed out a couple of things they missed and they were quick to clean them. The main difference this time is that a supervisor was sent at the end of the job, and she also made sure nothing was missed. (For whatever reason, there was no supervisor sent the last time I used them.) She even got her hands dirty and cleaned a few things so that the housekeepers could leave and so that I wouldn't be charged extra.

It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Abby and Fred worked diligently on it with serious tools, cleaners, elbow grease and patience on one of the hottest days of the year. It looks wonderful now.
