I ordered the mini taco plate, and it's a huge portion of 7 mini tacos. You can choose two different meat, and I chose pastor and andada. You cannot choose barbacoa since it's a mini taco plate. The only drawback is I think it can be a bit more salty, so I added additional salt to my taco. The green sauce is delicious and the red sauce is Smokey and spicy. Stopping here on my way back from AUS on a Sunday in early September, it was about 830AM, just in time for breakfast. So breakfast tacos were the order with a chorizo & egg plus a sausage & egg. After about 4-5 minutes, my order was finished. Digging in, the flavors are straight up fresh and tasty with the warm tortillas fresh off the grill and the eggs mixed in nicely with the other proteins. The tacos are quite large so two were enough for me. Price-wise, they are very affordable and they take credit cards too. Do not miss this when you're on 21; definitely one of the best-kept secrets in Bastrop and I look forward to returning for more when I venture out to AUS... or coming back from there!

The chunks of sausage were large, fatty. Lots of butter and seasoning to go with the boiled potatoes. There's was one attendee in the truck, working hard to make things happen. They didn't earn any stars for ambiance or location. But you know what, the burrito I had there was very good. Every ingredient was excellent, from the asada to the rice, beans and other fillings. The burrito was grilled nicely, and the hot sauce they gave me was more of a chili oil but it was absolutely amazing. It may not look like much but they sure seem to know that they're doing. They are open from 11am to 8pm, so it was a perfect time to stop in. The menu has several traditional lunch options with a few extras. Your options looks the same as what I saw in pictures on yelp, only prices have increased slightly (Ribeye sandwich is now $14). My carnivore order was simple (3 beef patties unseasoned, bacon, and a jumbo hot dog. I was able to pay with the tap of my credit card and given a pager to notify me when my order was ready. My order was cooked fresh and packed neatly for pickup within a short time. The food was good and I'd definitely come back for another carnivore meal when in the area.
