I called about 12 places before getting ahold of this company who was available for same day electric emergencies. Only problem was we were 45 minutes away but for a service fee he assured they'd come out and help with an estimate on how to remove this old dangerous wiring. Help is an understatement! Joe and his new trainee Dan showed up 30 minutes early and gave us all our options. Joe is a straight up guy who genuinely gave us his expert advice and that was to honestly leave it as is. We really appreciated that because he could've done what my mom originally wanted(remove all the wiring) , charged us an arm and a leg, but he stressed how that option was not the safest and how it could be expensive and would majorly effect other rooms and basically gut and re wire the house. After multiple breaker tests, they realized the fridge was pulling power from these old wires and expressed the dangers of this. They offered to move the fridge to a different outlet- talk about above and beyond service. Only then a leak broke out from the fridge being disconnected from a water source. It lead to a pipe bursting lol talk about drama but long story short, they stayed the entire time to ensure things were fixed properly and even put up a new light fixture in the meantime. Thank you thank you thank you Joe and Dan. You guys are the real deal and it's hard to come by people let alone men honest like this nowadays. My mom will be hiring them again for her HVAC next and definitely will have you over for thanksgiving dinner hahaha thank youuuuuu!

I called AHES yesterday morning and spoke with the owner about my gas furnace that died Sunday morning. He and his crew came over in the morning and diagnosed the situation. Turns out my 30 year old furnace burnt out at the circuit board. We discussed pricing on a new furnace and within a few hours, AHES returned to installed a brand new gas furnace. Reasonably prices, professional workmanship and excellent customer service. What I did notice about their synergy was that they were all having fun doing their job! Joe explained everything and answered all my questions. I am hiring his crew to return for additional work that I need on my home: electrical outlet upgrades, new generator, and next spring, I'm having AHE install an a/c system in the furnace. I have worked with a number of other HVAC companies in the Conneaut area and as far as I am concerned, I can tell you that AHE is the most honest, most reliable and most professional HVAC/Electrical company in the Ashtabula area. I highly recommend them. Contact: 440-344-4093 Web site: https://advancedhvac.org/about

I had a 130+ year old system that needed to be replaced. Big job. First, Hunter came here to bid the job and said, 'I'm really sorry. I need to get my manager involved.' I was so happy he admitted that because it's what I suspected from the two previous companies. His manager came a few days later and was absolutely wonderful. Mark was the first person to bid the job who actively listened to my concerns. He was fully engaged and happy to collaborate, problem solve and take time to explain things - all while being wonderfully kind. This was a wholly different experience from my previous bids. Not only did he seem to have a much better understanding of hvac systems, but was completely unpretentious. When he left, I had a stronger understanding of my house. So aside from the experience being so much more pleasant, it was also much less expensive. I am so happy they service Ashtabula. They are the only hvac service I'll use and I'm going to tell everyone. I don't understand the other reviews at all. Silliness.

Their team is very nice and professional. (Ps.. I read a lower rated review on yelp and I laughed at one lady who said the service guy needed to go back for more parts and charged her $200 more. So just ignore that lady, she's not educated on how repairs work and costs for parts and service )
