Sight unseen they called it a fissure. Does it look like a fissure? I don't know...to ME it looks like a long scratch. But nobody ever came to inspect it. I'm actually writing this review now as I have had plenty of time to cool off and write with honestly and not let my anger fully invade my writing. Feel like I was treated very unprofessionally. What company argues with a client over the phone like that? Very rude.
