My husband and I have resided in LeRoy Township since 2015. When we purchased our home we were told…read morethat we had a low performing well with iron issues. We contacted Pentair in 2019 looking to replace a water softener system from home depot. We were sold a water system for over $4,000 which included a water osmosis system. Prior to installation my husband and I informed Pentair installers that the well was a "low performing well" and had concerns after they indicated the systems would run more water. From 2015-2019 prior to installation we had maybe run out of water once. After having this system installed, we have run out of water very frequently. When Pentair technicians were contacted they indicated that it was our "bad water" causing the issues not the system that was installed offering no remedies to fix the issues we have experienced since installing. We have also had the well fracked in the summer of 2020 hoping to resolve water supply issues. Since that time, the water has been very salty and we have not been able to drink the water even with the osmosis system that we paid extra for. Pentair technicians have been unhelpful in resolving issues and have offered no reasonable solutions to a water system that is practically less than a year old. We have paid out of pocket in full over $4,200 and have been resorting to bottled water once again for every household use except for showering. Even boiled water cannot be used as the food tastes excessively salty after draining. I would strongly not recommend this company to any person looking to remedy their well water issues especially in the Chardon area as they clearly do not understand the water issues of residents. All this company clearly cares about is money in their pocket regardless of the satisfaction of their customers. Chris Bellissimo, also indicated that he would resolve any issues if we would happen to be unhappy with the product, who at this point has stopped responding to phone calls and text messages from my husband indicating that the system currently is inoperable.

Even though we didn't get the system the experience could've been terrible and it wasn't.

We got a quote for EcoWater through Servisoft contracted by Costco. Dan came to the house to see how installation would work out in our home and to give us a quote. He was so friendly & helpful. The quote was very reasonable and through Costco I was given a cash card to use. The techs who installed the unit were wonderful. They did a very clean job and provided great information. We are VERY satisfied with the soft water and the drinking water through reverse osmosis is DELICIOUS! it's so much more convenient than having to fill up those jugs! we drink a lot of water. I would HIGHLY recommend a water softener and RO for your home and for sure highly recommend getting a quote through Costco's program who will get you in touch with Servisoft. A++ Thank you Costco & Servisoft team for making home life even better! My hair is so soft, laundry comes out so soft with NO softener needed and my skin is so happy and supple!

The guy came out the next day and installed it and left a puddle of water which didn't upset me but what did upset me was the brown water we were continuing to get out of our shower and the awful noise from our toilet. My husband gave it over a week to see if it stopped he called the owner and he came out to look at it and adjusted something, he said that would probably work. It didn't so my husband called back days later. It took the owner a couple days to call back and said that it was going to be like that. Are you serious? We pay for something and now we have to listen to this awful loud noise when we flush our toilet?! If we don't want that we can pay for a upgrade for $1300 he tells my husband. I don't think so. My husband looked up online how to get this noise and brown water to go away now he has spent his time which was Saturday, Sunday and Monday and our money to make this go away and he says we can pay and extra $1300 for a upgrade. You can keep your upgrade. Please everyone don't make the same mistake and pay for brown water and awful noises. We didn't have that before they did this! Marci King

Believe me when I tell you, if you want the best bang for your buck, and the complete system you need at less money than the deficient system pushed by the brand name companies, CALL OMEGA WATER!!!!!!

Prior to installation my husband and I informed Pentair installers that our well was a "low performing well" and had concerns about how the equipment would function after they indicated the systems would run more water when the system would regenerate - they indicated that there would not be any issues. When Pentair technicians were contacted they indicated that it was our "bad water" causing the issues not the system that was installed offering no remedies to fix the issues we have experienced since installing. We have paid out of pocket in full over $4,200 and have been resorting to bottled water once again for every household use except for showering which is also an issue as the water is currently destroying my hair. Even boiled water cannot be used as the food tastes excessively salty after draining. I should have been wary about doing business with a company who took over a month just to come back and test the water after the unit was installed. Despite numerous phone calls and reminders they made it clear that they would test the water when it was convenient for them. When you're using water for everything you want assurance that the water is actually being treated properly.
