We decided to go for the system on a whim and then while it was being installed we realized there was just no way we could afford the system. Even though we didn't get the system the experience could've been terrible and it wasn't.

Jason came out at a time convenient for me, let me know when he was on his way and showed keen knowledge of plumbing issues. He was well organized and gave me options for the fix. I have had experience over the many years with other plumbers in the area, but not impressed so did not call them back. So I thought I would try someone completely new and it worked out. I was delighted when it came time to write the bill he told me he took 50 dollars off the bill applying some discounts which I thought was very honest and sealed the deal in terms of future work. I like honesty, competence and responsiveness in people who do work for me. Customer service is important to me. It paid off to try a company I had not had before versus the other companies in the area that were not all that impressive. I support his company and trust for future work---having a house---there is ALWAYS something to fix. Thank you Jason!

Not only was it well under 30 minutes in its entirety, but it was also pain-free thanks to the courteous delivery man who brought everything up to our 8th-floor apartment downtown, even in the midst of traffic! The cooler was great from the get-go, but I noticed there was an issue with the cooler taking in water within a month of having it which had me worried. I thought there might be an issue with it or potentially something was broken, so I called their customer support and was surprised that within the following few days they sent out someone to retrieve the old cooler and replaced it with a new one, no questions asked. It's clear they take pride in their customer support and I'm glad to support a locally-owned Cleveland company.

We got a quote for EcoWater through Servisoft contracted by Costco. Dan came to the house to see how installation would work out in our home and to give us a quote. He was so friendly & helpful. The quote was very reasonable and through Costco I was given a cash card to use. The techs who installed the unit were wonderful. They did a very clean job and provided great information. We are VERY satisfied with the soft water and the drinking water through reverse osmosis is DELICIOUS! it's so much more convenient than having to fill up those jugs! we drink a lot of water. I would HIGHLY recommend a water softener and RO for your home and for sure highly recommend getting a quote through Costco's program who will get you in touch with Servisoft.
