I moved from Las Vegas to Ohio. in Las Vegas I always had a water softener and reverse osmosis. Since moving to Ohio my hair & skin was suffering with no soft water system and also I was getting tired of having to make weekly trips to the grocery store to fill our water jugs. We got a quote for EcoWater through Servisoft contracted by Costco. Dan came to the house to see how installation would work out in our home and to give us a quote. He was so friendly & helpful. The quote was very reasonable and through Costco I was given a cash card to use. The techs who installed the unit were wonderful. They did a very clean job and provided great information. We are VERY satisfied with the soft water and the drinking water through reverse osmosis is DELICIOUS! it's so much more convenient than having to fill up those jugs! we drink a lot of water. I would HIGHLY recommend a water softener and RO for your home and for sure highly recommend getting a quote through Costco's program who will get you in touch with Servisoft. Every person we talked to has been honest, straight forward, and informative. They take their time, explain their process, and provide educated and informative recommendations. Joe was our service technician and he is professional and educated us on how to appropriately maintain our system once it was installed. Though sometimes I disagree with part pricing for repairs, the service guys are great, and pricing is prettyy average. I am on my second installed system in 30 years and am quite pleased overall with the quality of the products sold and installed. Occasionally I have dealt with people on the phone (years ago) that were less than customer friendly, that has improved and response has been very good most of the time. No company is perfect, but Servisoft of Middlefield does a VERY good job of providing knowledge, service, and quality products. read more

This company by far has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I spoke with Debbie Christian regarding our service and she was unprofessional, rude, and downright disrespectful. The owners should not only be concerned with new customers but as well as retention. It dumbfounds me that unpleasant people are working in customer service. They act as if you (the customer) are a nuisance and that you're wasting their "precious" time. This company must pride themselves on "the customer is always wrong" and never right. Servisoft sold me a softener system that was below my needs to win my business on price. Then they tried to oversell my on an upgrade that would have been twice as expensive as what I needed. Once they sold me their system their customer service went down the drain with my money. I would not recommend doing business with them. read more
