They came out and pumped the system, informed me that i needed a new UV bulb, but that an additional service call was required to figure out if the ballast was still functioning. THE SERVICE CALL WAS $175, AND ALL HE DID WAS PUT HIS HAND ON THE BALLAST AND SAID "UH YUP ITS GOOD". He then informed me the UV bulbs were hard to come by and he didn't know how long it would be to get one. I waited and waited and waited, over a month goes by, then when i was outside one day i noticed a number on the side of my system so i called. I was able to order a new bulb with an entire wiring harness, it was delivered in less than 24 hours. All this after waiting 6 weeks with no word. Of course, just like other reviews i've read about this company he happily took my money, i mean why not right? i feel they excel at screwing the customer without any regard to service quality, i also feel they lack any sense of professionalism.
