I was told that can't happen and my husband would either need to be there or on the phone. My husband's job does not allow for easy planning that way. I again requested an appointment to come back without my husband as I could easily explain things to him and if he had questions,he could contact David. Nope. Could only do with my husband's presence. It is 2026. As a woman,I am fully capable of understanding an estimate and explaining it to my husband. It isn't like I am trying to sneak an a/c unit in our house. I opted to not get the estimate and go with another company that was very easy to work with and communication was effortless. David did offer to come on a Sunday, the one day my husband has off. By that time, I was too frustrated to even bother.
