I was a Former Employer, at this Location. I was recently let go due to "Moving violations". I felt…read morethat the Termination was Unjust, rather than the Violation itself. I fulfilled my Job obligations to the best of my abilities. When I First started, things were very professional. As time passed, I noticed a Negative work Astrosphere with Management. At times people were helpful, other times they Came off as Easily Bothered for asking for help. Some Managers made Sarcastic jokes, that made me Uncomfortable. Not everything was bad, but this Establishment lost the value of Team work & The Quality of being Decent Human beings. I Did enjoy this type of employment as it was suitable for Me & My Family. But a few things that are Very Noticeable, is the Favoritism that Management has & How Unprofessional they handle things. If you aren't on your knees, you aren't considered a Valuable asset. If you didn't fulfill tasks outside of your Job Description, you were treated Differently. No Matter what you say regarding Clients Behavior towards you (Them being Racist ,Rude, Disrespectful Towards You) They were Always considered Right, Due to the money. I could sit Here & Write a Book, But I Choose to Write a Review instead. It's Important for People to see what they are walking into. The Water Manager, Comes off as Dismissive & Unprofessional. The General Manager, at the Start was very Respectful and Professional. But as time Passed He Became easily Annoyed When Speaking to him regarding Clients. I Lost a lot of Respect for him & The manner in which he handled my Termination. In Overall This is a Good Job, Until you Don't go ABOVE & BEYOND.

Not only was it well under 30 minutes in its entirety, but it was also pain-free thanks to the courteous delivery man who brought everything up to our 8th-floor apartment downtown, even in the midst of traffic! The cooler was great from the get-go, but I noticed there was an issue with the cooler taking in water within a month of having it which had me worried. I thought there might be an issue with it or potentially something was broken, so I called their customer support and was surprised that within the following few days they sent out someone to retrieve the old cooler and replaced it with a new one, no questions asked. It's clear they take pride in their customer support and I'm glad to support a locally-owned Cleveland company.
