I was not satisfied with the help I received on line, so I went to the Xfinity Store on Youree Drive, Shreveport, LA. Our customer service rep there was Jenna Pulsipher. I can't say enough nice things about this young lady. She went above & beyond the required service. She did everything she could to make sure that we got what we were promised on line - and then some - You should consider yourself lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I AM IN KEITHVILLE, LA NOT CA!!!!! will not let me change the city and state If they do property damage to your yard, you get the run around on getting it fixed, this happen on 04.03.24 and as of today 05.24.24 it is not taken care of and you will not get a call back, you have to keep calling just to get the run around, was told to get a quote for the damage and they would send me a check to cover it right away and they has not been done and every time you call you get the same BS with not help at all and no returns calls from the back office (which I do not think there is a back office since you can not talk to anyone in the back office) or not calls back from supervisors!!!! yes do have service with them in 3 different houses and they do not give a crap!!!!!!! Unreliable internet. It goes out all the time. Was told by customer service that when it goes out I can connect to their hotspot. Hot spot very seldom connects. Expensive for very poor service. I would recommend any other provider. read more

Absolute waste of time with these guys. Every month they find a way to screw me over in billing. They don't give the $10 promised the autopay. And I signed up for ACP internet discount of $30/ month and they always claim to add it to my bill, but I have not received one discount on my end. I am missing $70 in discounts from them. Not to mention the discount for starting a new $75 that is supposed to be $40 for the first month. They never honor their contracts. They cancel them and charge you the highest plan when you change address without your knowledge or permission which is not how a contract works. They make changes without proper notification to your bill. Again, those changes shouldn't affect me because...we HAVE A CONTRACT!!! Will definitely be switching soon since contracts don't matter to these guys so obviously there is no legal reason to honor anything. Don't give these guys a dime. They take your autopay, which I never agreed to paying $75 full price (only $30 for the first year) and take what they want out of your account instead of what was agreed/authorized. Comcast Business, Shreveport, LA - worst customer service ever. Or I should say, worst "pre" customer service ever because I never actually became a customer of Comcast Business. They do not want your business and they do not feel they need your business apparently. Took a month for Comcast Business to figure out what was needed to provide my business with internet service. Once Comcast Business figured that out, they set the install for roughly 90 days out. 90 days to drop a line from a pole 20 feet from my building. BlueBird Broadband in Shreveport, LA had us up and running in less than a week. Cheaper too. read more

Based solely on customer service, this location is exceptional. Everyone has had issues with Comcast but it doesn't fall on the front desk representatives. I was greeted with politeness and understanding while the rep resolved my issue. As the previous yelper described their internet issue with MBPS, you only get the full amount if you are directly connected to the modem. Routers decrease the MBPS the further you are away from the router and even more so if there are obstacles (walls) obstructing the signal. Comcast isn't the best internet provider by a long shot, but it is the best for the price range. read more

Avoid if at all possible.....poor product and worse service. Unless you buy every possible package, you are stuck scrolling thru many, many programs that you don't get......at only 5 at a time......you can page down two, three or four times to even find a station that you are subscribed to. Comcasts response is that we can't fix that........oh right.....more like you want to make people scroll thru the products they have avoided buying in order to try to get them to add those stations.....ridiculous.....don't put up with it. read more

I would give them no stars if possible. I've been paying for speed of 110 with the modem they installed...for the past 4 years and only get speed of 5...confirmed by their technician during a visit to my home. The tech called in to the help desk and while talking to the help desk uncovered that the modem can't even support that speed. Also my phone line that is included has never worked. The help desk said well it's free...well it still needs to work. They owe me so much money. But of course if you catch them in a lie they hang up on you. And they just renew your contract at their own choosing. Without your permission. And tell you that you gave the a verbal approval. Lie Lie Lie. They try to scare you and say we have it recorded. I say. Prove it. And they say someone will call you in 24 hours. But no call ever comes. What is it when you sell something that you don't actually have? Fraud, Bait and Switch. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. The associates converse amongst themselves while waiting on customers. The 800 number is just as bad. You can talk to 3 people and get 3 completely different answers. When my contract is up I will definately be switching. The watchathon was a joke.
