The nature of my case was that my Gaming Pc was blue screening and crashing, so I took it in for a diagnostic and it took a day or two. They ended up finding out what was wrong and fixed the problem in a couple days time. They actually fixed an additional problem I was having that I wasnt expecting to have fixed as well. The service on the pc was perfect and I have had no problems sense.
