Comcast is the absolute WORST!!! We were loyal customers paying right at $300 every month. Didn't pay late , every time I had to call them they thanked me over and over for being such a loyal customer. We moved and due to "early termination " we are being charged a $160 charge. They refuse to waive it even though we had been customers since 2015. This is wrong on so many levels. I would recommend any company besides Comcast. read more

Stay away from Comcast. One it is state mandated that a child in school have free access to WiFi. Two i contacted the company about my bill that tripled within 30 days and was told of charges and a payment she couldn't see. Third i asked if this call was recorded many times and only response i got was sure. Fourth she stated that she would have to call me back as she was getting off but later stated after i called her out and ask to speak to a supervisors then asked what region and is my current time in my location. This is not acceptable on a customer service level as that is a violation of HIPPA. I then asked if my bill will be reduced as was never given a answer. I asked for her ID number she never provided it nor that of a contact name. If you only given me a five dollar credit for cameras i am paying more then five dollars for a month and no monitoring then why buy cameras from you to protect my home. If you cant uphold your mission statement which reads in part Comcast's mission is to create "incredible technology and entertainment that connects millions of people to the moments and experiences that matter most." It's able to do this through it's vast portfolio of subsidiaries such as Universal Pictures, news such as NBC and ways to connect with people online such as Xfinity. Then why offer service you can not back up only to pray on those who only want to enjoy TV, and so forth without be told false statements. At the end of the day is it that of gaining numbers and losing that of a customer. Were is the morals and values that was once served to honor not only the public but the children that relay on the WiFi to get a education. Did you lose that for the value of a dollar? Sadly i have no choice to stay with this company to provide a way for my son to obtain an education knowing that the company will only find a way a reason to take a dollar. On the back end knowing that even though we pay monthly for service they have a grant under COVID to obtain kick backs. Look at the facts free WIFI for kids has not been cancelled but yet you pay monthly for a package that was promised as free. A product to protect my home only valued at five dollars credit. SO ask yourself is this company her to help us and the children are take what we have. read more

Very frustrating dealing with Comcast. Left the area 4 years ago came back and nothing has changed. Took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone who then told me they needed to send a tech out. 5 days for that. Stuck at home, can't go out due to COVID, now no TV for 5 days. read more

I recently worked with a young lady at the Dallas Service Center named Charlie. She was fantastic. The best customer service ever. Charlie also told me to come back on or after 4/10/19 as the rates were changing and I could get a better price. On 4/13/19 I went back to the Service Center and Charlie wasn't working. I worked with another young lady who was very nice, but now I've lost all my premium channels. I tried to call the Service Center to see if Charlie was working and if she could straighten out the mess. Comcast won't give you the telephone number to the Service Center. You have to call the 800 number. Call them and you get someone in India. Also, calling the 800 number gives you a ridiculous runaround and makes you listen to commercials trying to sell you pay-per-view events. Waste of time. Go to a Service Center for the best customer service. read more

So I rented a movie and half was through it cut off. I called and they said they were having technical issues and expected it to be fixed at 2am. At which time I could resume the movie... I went to sleep. two days I called later to make sure I was refunded but was told, I could watch the movie later so I shouldn't be given a refund. THATs NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. read more

The ONLY reason we signed up with Xfinity was because of their $24.99 internet, but once we got our bill, the charge was for $66 dollars, then it went up to over $200 dollars. They claimed we "went over" our data, yet, we didn't use any more than we had in the past. We disputed the charges, but upto today, they still haven't called us to address this issue. Clearly a rip off. We canceled and will NEVER use them again. Stay away from this thug of a business. read more

I've read all the one-star reviews; however, I've always had good service at this location. This morning I arrived a little after 9AM. I needed to exchange a SD box for a HD box. Both CSR's were helping other customers when I arrived. I waited less than a minute. Robin exchanged the hardware and I was out of the facility in less than 5 minutes. read more

Xfinity Comcast has got the worst customer service I have ever dealt with the people on the phone are idiots. They have no clue how to help you that's if you can get past the recorded promp. You asked to speak to an operator it comes up with 6 reasons why you may need to speak to an operator none of them being what you called about. I just want to talk to an operator not some recorded voice on the phone. Then when you finally get someone and I did push the English button I get someone that can't understand English. If I didn't like my Comcast service I would have done away with Comcast along time ago. But the next time I have to call them on the phone I may just discontinue Comcast their phone service sucks. I can't understand why trying to talk to an operator instead of a machine has to raise my blood pressure up. I am so frustrated with Comcast. I had business service and had to close my business. When I called Comcast to cancel, I was informed that the early disconnect penalty would be over $1000.00 because I was in a three year contract. Small business fail very day... So why would Comcast require a 3 year contract with such a massive penalty? So I called back 9 times - put on hold for extremely long periods of time trying to get some options. I was given a business rep's name for the Dallas area and she hung up on me when I explained my situation. I called back and left three messages and she never called back. Finally, after paying the bill for 4 months with no service, a customer service rep advised me to transfer the business account to my residence... Which I had to add Internet and pay double the price... I agreed to do that. I still have to add cable separately because business service in your home does not uncle cable (another additional cost). I fan ally got the service installed (Internet and phone) after a missed appointment that I took off work for. Now that the phone is installed, I disconnected the residential phone. I have NO phone service throughout the home, only in one room. I called Comcast and was told that business service only works on one phone. What?!? Seriously?? Why would the rep suggest transferring service if I could only have service in one room? Why wasn't I informed of,that? Now I have no monitoring for my security system. Again, Comcast provided no options! I cannot believe this company survives with the way they treat their customers. As soon as this contract is up, I am canceling! read more

Very disappointed and frustrated with Comcast. On 7/7 I did not have internet service so I called the 1-800 number. They told me that the modem that I had been using for two months was connected with a different account. So I had to drive to the Comcast store to manually change out the modem. The person at the service center told me all I had to do was call the 1-855 number to connect it via a recording, but it would not connect. Called the 1-800 again, they told me that the issue was on their end and that they would send a technician out on Friday 7/10 between 8-10am. No one ever showed!! Called them back on 7/10, they told me that there was not a listing for me to get a tech on Friday. At this point I am getting frustrated. The representative then told me he could have a tech out to my place on 7/30. Almost a month from when it stopped working!!!! Horrible customer service. So of course I am reading my contact to find out how much it will cost me ty get out of this company that DOES NOT live up to what they say. Please be careful if you choose to go with them. read more
