    I pay for unlimited data and it was fine until the last 2 months…read more last monthly April 2025 I had zero service for 14 days. at least 10 phone calls to get response my Netgear showed zero days left of data but I pay for unlimited it suddenly came on for a few days and finally IT. Ashley, spoke to me 2 times. they were supposed to reimburse me for 14 days no reimbursement. at least 10 more calls, NO RESPONSE11111 Now May and they charged me 130.00 and I have had zero service no return phone calls from billing or IT. at least 10 calls. Netgear says zero data again. I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission today also, the better business bureau I would not use them. i learned online that when Verizon towers get overcrowded they slow down or cut off brokers data first vs thier own direct. That is clearly what is happening and they just want take payment for unlimited data but it is not available. since they do not respond I assume they are not open for a business. they could be going out of business since they do not return any calls and keep taking my money. bad bad news. you can get verizon direct home internet as well as T Mobile.

Technical help and customer service are non-existent. I would say I don't know how they are still in business, but I do know, it is because they are thieves and do not provide the service per the contract that they promise. I have no internet (for a couple of weeks now) but they have my money. Stopped the auto draft of course but am finding it so unbelievable that they are getting away with this. The company is providing no recourse at all for blatantly breaking the contract they have with me. I will have to pursue legal action for breach of contract. Just to be clear, they have provided absolutely no contact, will not answer the phone and are not at the address listed on their website. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

    Having been a good customer with six phone lines over the past eight years, I can't tell you how…read moredissatisfied I am with this particular locations attitude. When you walk in there is some sort of a prison mentality. The sales people or technicians or rude, condescending and have no personality whatsoever. I'm not sure where the arrogance comes from. If I had done poorly in life... I might be doing what they do. Fortunately, I have a personality, smarts and have people skills. My suggestion is to close this location because it breeds entry level type employees that will do nothing but to drive you to T-Mobile. After dealing with my "associate" today, I am seriously thinking about breaking all ties with Verizon. You will get much further by calling customer service then to work face-to-face with these DMV style "associates". 1. Not friendly 2. Rude 3. Impatient 4. Dismissive 5. Condescending

    My wife and I just upgraded two phones and it wasn't until I got home that I saw on the bill that…read morethey charged us $40 per phone to transfer our data from one phone to another. Not once did the sales rep mention to my wife or I that it would cost us to transfer our data. All he said was I will transfer your data from our old phones to our new phones. While the sales rep was polite and handled everything quickly, the additional $40 per phone fee to transfer the data was unacceptable and I never would have agreed to it if I had been told about it. IF YOU BUY A PHONE FROM HERE...BEWARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT THEY WILL TACK ON WITHOUT TELLING YOU.
