They even communicated to our lender the day before our scheduled Feb. 12 closing the wrong banking information which led us to wait for almost a half day just to get the deed recorded so we could get the keys. We had scheduled an U-Haul that day to take over some personal items and boxes and had to cancel due to their ignorance and poor professionalism. They also took it upon themselves to add in more money than was required to pay almost a half year in hoa fees without our permission.
