They wrote a Book on my DAC Report full of LIES. I have not spoken to one happy Driver during my time there and knew my days were numbered. Didn't expect to be set up. I believe they had my Truck Towed in CA as a reason to call me in. I resigned but they put me as Not Elig for Rehire, knowing that will be a Red Flag to potential Employers. They used big words claims Unauthorized use of their Equipment for PC, They lied and said I was late, then retracted it. Made false Accident claims and refuse any proof what so ever, but won't remove it. NO, they do not have to prove anything to HireRight, that's a myth. J**** is only a smiling MESS, he Does NOT care about you nor what you have done for that Company. They are using the DAC in Retaliation and are very Malicious. They went from some sprinklers being damaged costing $1000, the R**** claiming to be holding a bill for $3000, to now saying it is costing them $100,000 but I was placed on a Warning. I parked the Truck after S***** sent me home at the times knowing there would be no parking. I parked on the Street where there are NO, no parking signs anywhere and other Drivers are as well. I was in the Area before at a Doc and was called on. This time I was only on the Street, I believe they tracked my Truck and had it Towed in order to call me in that Office. I was already moved out the Truck when I went in and drove home from OR to CA at my own expense. That wasn't good enough for them. I'm having to explain all of this to the many Employers who wanted to Hire me, but that's alright because it's keeping their name fresh. So many Companies are offering advise but can't hire me. I have literally begged them to remove their LIES but they could care less. They know and don't care that I am a Single Mother with one child to care for. But, the way things are going today in 2024 with all of these Companies going out of Business. I'll just continue to wait like the Father on Jeepers Creepers for their Karma to come back 10 fold. In the meantime, I'll just continue grinding until this #Company disappears from my Life and I can continue my Career as a Professional Truck Driver. Y'all remember me, short Black Female with Locks who was always on the hood cleaning my windows and taking full care of "Their Truck". Don't believe the Lies at Orientation for a minute. You'll walk in happy and leave DESTROYED. Combined Transport/Blackwell is a Malicious Company using the DAC Reporting for Retaliatory means against their previous Drivers in order to Blackball them from the Industry once they leave this Company. They have no reason to have me as Not Elig for Rehire. The words they are using to describe my work ethic is false and slanderous. They have not and will not provide any proof to their claims and are ignoring all request for proof because they have none. The big words one of their geniuses at the Company have come up with to make Drivers look bad do not apply to me. I have never in all my years, misused anyone's belongings. My Integrity is under attack. Their claims have no words backing them up for a Reason, because they are deliberate lies. The Retaliation is coming from a Google Review. I have contacted HireRight several times to have their unproven claims removed, we can only write a rebuttal. I have contacted the BBB, FTC, FMCSA, Lawyers, and every entity I can since day one and have gotten nowhere, only being directed back to HireRight. Everyone from Lawyers to Potential Employers have stated that I should be provided information in my File and what claims are being made against me, not from this Company. Combined Transport knows what they can get away with and are taking full advantage of their opportunities to use HireRight to Blackball Truck Drivers. Every word spoken here is an absolute joke. 18 days and my father in laws belongings are still not returned to the family. What was most important to Combined when he passed away suddenly in their truck in Palm Springs was immediately getting a driver down their to take the truck to Texas! Texas! All the way to Texas (with no seatbelt halfway because He had to be cut from the seat when EMT's arrived. how does Occupational Safety and Health Center feel about that?) And then the company representative had the audacity to call my husband and say her feelings are hurt because she's "stuck in the middle trying my best". Your feelings do not matter in this moment Combined Transport Logistics Group, Inc! The feelings that matter are those of their family who simply want their deceased loved ones belongings so they can begin to piece together the events that led to this tragic event! No cell phone. No keys. No nothing from you. You don't even have the audacity to pack up his belongings and ship them! Shame on you for attempting to pass your guilt onto a grieving family. Own your mistakes. Make things right. Do better. Be a better person. Be a better company. You should be embarrassed. I feel sorry for the driver who sits in that truck surrounded by belongings of a deceased driver and disarray of what was remaining after an tragic emergency situation. This is pure greed and selfishness and you should be embarrassed. Truckers are the heart of America and I feel sorry that some have to clock in each day for a shameful company like Combined Transport. They deserve better than you and your lines of bs. You'll notice one star. If I could be none I would have put it. This company will take a percentage of everything you make if you are an owner / operator. They will try to talk you into buying their equipment..Dont do it. They are selling it because it is worn out or can't pass DOT inspection. They load there certain boys around you. Don't pass trucks that you aren't going faster than! If it's going to take you more than 5 minutes in the fast lane either speed up or don't do it. (It took over ten minutes this afternoon) If you are going to be that slow in the fast lane you should wait till no one is there, not cut off lunch hour traffic! read more
