The walk was actually quite short, if you consider where the farmers market is located, its only about a 5 min walk away, 10 minutes if you're a really slow walker. The people behind the bar, i assume are the owners spoke French (and English), so it was fun to try an get my son to practice some of the French he's learned (he saw a sign that said Je parle Francais). But he was shy and said he forgot all his French even though school just ended the week before. I ordered a latte, and waited for my drink to be made. Things move slowly in the relaxed Parisian way (the only way I could describe it). So it took a bit of time for my coffee to be made. But hey its vacation time, what's the rush. On the bar, there was cocoa powder, cinnamon, liquid cane sugar, and honey for you to add to your drink. My latte was made well, nice and smooth with no acidic after tones. If anyone is in Kingston in the downton core, make sure to stop by here for a coffee. Prices were reasonable. There was plenty of seating, decor was rustic charm with exposed beams and exposed brick/rock work.
