Going into the first day of class, I knew only the most basic things about bartending, but now, only two weeks later, I've gained both the knowledge and the confidence to begin working as a bartender. This is one of the greatest experiences in a classroom yet! I really enjoyed the hands on aspect this course provided. The instructors knew what they were teaching, and had fun doing it too. I had some personal happenings that prevented me from attending two of my classes in the two week course. The instructors were super understanding and took time outside of class to help me catch up to where I could complete the course on time. I hired Columbus Bartending to bartend at my son's outdoor wedding in September. The communication with Vanessa was responsive and helpful - we exchanged emails, vmails and text messages several times. Lisa and Keanan were FANTASTIC! We had 2 signature cocktails, sangria, wine and beer and champagne and there were never any lines waiting for a beverage. It was an incredibly soggy day that day as well, and though they had good reason to complain because of the weather, they kept on smiling and serving.
