Truly a hidden gem in Columbus. I wish they had one where I moved :(…read moreAs a former employee. I can speak to several things knowledgeably. 1) prices there are less than or comparable to most independent health food stores. 2) the owners are constantly looking for quality deals and pass the savings right on down to us, the consumer. I've seen this first hand. 3) the staff is very knowledgeable, and most of them try to remember you name and what you like. 4) they take special orders (no additional cost) if you can't find what your looking for. 5) They strive to keep quality, but economical products on their shelves. I've seen them remove a product line from their shelves because the quality was not up to their standards. 6) The place is family owned and those staffing it have been there a long time (often) and are like family to each other. Seriously. It's a great place to go and shop and learn about health.

Ok, I got hooked on these Too Good Eats artisan Drinks, specifically the Pineapple Hibiscus Ginger…read moredrink. At $7 to $8 for a drink it's an occasional treat but can't find them everywhere. I was not familiar with Bexley Natural Market but saw from the Too Good Eats website that the market carried them so off I went exploring. Parkign lot is limited and that area of Cassady Avenue was a little busy but I was able to get in and out ok and find a spot to park. The staff interaction was ok but REALLY missed an opportunity to sell the market and what they are about. I had asked about the membership and the bland explanations really didn't say much at all and the interaction was not very inviting and kind of dismissive. I would have been happy that some new traffic came in and showed an interest. Anyway, the market offers all kinds of items from produce, vegan options, natural drinks, and grocery items. It appears the main focus is supporting local farmers and vendors in the area. I will come back and take another look around but was super happy they had the drinks I liked. If interested- I found online that the membersip is $30 one-time payment and annual dues of $45 that provides 5% to 8% off and monthly coupons & promotions valued at $100 a year in savings. They also offer member-only events and activities. I found out more about the store from their website, if interested, you can check them out at www.bexleynatrualmarket.org.

Plenty of parking out front and this location is easy to find. I was greeted by two amazing people who welcomed me and gave me a quick tour through my options. They have a long bar like table with seating in view of the menu elegantly written on a board. Pick a tea that is then mixed with Aloe. I chose the lemon tea and it was certainly refreshing and light. While I sipped on that over ice I debated on which shake I wanted. After pouring over the abundance of viable options, I chose the Almond Joy. Chocolate shake with bits of fresh coconut and Almonds! OMG! What did I just have! It tasted sinful even tho the fat, calorie and sugar content was low but high in protein. Go New Life Nutrition! I was able to get a solid meal replacement lunch while running errands instead of picking up something fast that I would regret later. I noticed they used Herbalife shakes. They do sell them if making the shakes at home appeases you. Either way, I am in love with this place and recommend it to anyone looking to grab a healthy snack or meal.

Doesn't matter if it's your first time trying Herbalife or your 100th, this club is AWESOME! Staff is engaging and helpful. Very personalized and pleasant experience.

I was referred this place by a friend. Convenient location in downtown Whitehall. Parking is…read moresmall but it seems to work for the crowd. Upon arrival, the decor is SUPER cute and modern. Super cute, grass backdrop with yellow and white balloons. Staff was very nice and helpful. Long counter/bar space. I've been to quite a few of these Herbal Life chains, I was hoping this wasn't the same only because was wanted a local, fruit based shop but either way, it's a healthy alternative and in a good location. Once I figured out it was Herbal Life, I knew what flavors i liked already. Cookies and Cream and Banana Carmel are my goto. I will say the difference between this place and the others I've been to are how they choose to premix their aloe and tea together and they serve the tea only cold(from what I've seen) n a large cup.Other places you can can take aloe shot solo or in a small portion cup with warm or cold tea and it's usually taken before the meal replacement shake. They have add ins like immune boosters and metabolism boosters. Coffee options too that I've yet to try at any location. Price: This is definitely on the more expensive side. The shake and tea combo is $11. The place on Main near Hamilton I used to frequent is $7 for all 3 and included a free workout class. With that, I can't commit to visiting as often as I'd hope to. Cute little plastic face seals in the cup, nice touch. I'll definitely visit again but a daily price of $12 is a little too much. I didn't inquire about membership at all. Of course if you choose to buy the shakes and make them at home it's a lot more affordable.

It has been ages since going to a GNC, but what brought me back was I found an item cheaper here…read morethan where I normally purchase from Amazon. I ordered online for pickup at the store. Surprisingly, you get a discount with pickup from store. Everything went smoothly with order and pickup. Friendly customer service. The problem came when I had to make a return (thus the reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Although the receipt stated items could be returned to store if not satisfied, that was not the case. I was told that since I did not have a store account, their computer system could not find my order to allow for a refund. Sorry, but that should not be the customer's problem. Long story short, I was eventually given a replacement (only because my item was only $2.99). With this experience, I doubt if I will return to this store unless I plan to make purchases in the store and can make returns without having an account. On a side note, they need to tone down the air freshener scent in the store--it is too strong--soon as you walk into the store, the scent hits you.
