We ended up leaving with a Badass Chili mix, 2 jars pumpkin salsa, 1 jar black bean & corn salsa, a bottle of Black Garlic BBQ Sauce, and a bottle of North Market hit sauce. Prices are fair as this is a specialty shop and not your average novelty hot sauce. Service was great the person working had offered us a sample of the chili prior to buying the mix. Definitely on my must visit list when I'm in Westerville or North Market.

I tried numerous times to bring the situation to a mid point and level with them but they refused. Truthfully Deb refused. They received $1500 from me. Never did a test batch after receiving a sample per their request. When I asked for a refund they refused. I even tried to compromise and take a 1/3 of a refund and they refused. After expressing my concerns and needs for my product they had an emotional outburst. Said they would do the test batches but wouldn't co pack for me moving forward. Leaving me with no confidence to trust they would be trying to do a good job for me. Deb was so rude and disrespectful that I would rather lose the $1500 then have to listen to her speak to me the way she did for one more second.
