I like the different size washers and that a prewash and extra rinse can be added also. Just went last night, Tuesday, and about 9pm the lights went out, it was just dark. Then 2 of the ceiling lights came on along the back wall. The office and bathroom light were still on, so I think the worker actually turned the lights off and left them off. There was a problem with some leakage on the floor, a few puddles, not a great idea to have it dark in there and sort of rude. There were about 6 people still doing laundry.

The attendant puts a yellow post it with "out of order" on dryer. 11 of the 32 dryers have note. Of the 22 remaining only some have high heat working. Fix the dryers and this is a 4 to 5 star place. I then said that was going to dry my clothes. She then said "Last load is at 5:30pm!" I then looked at my phone and watch, it was 5:26pm. Four minutes before last load. I thought about it for a split second and said "You know what, I'll never be back to this F.....g business again!" She went on to say something in a smartass tone again. My retort was "Kiss my ass, lady." and walked out the door. I have heard bad reviews about this establishment before and should have taken heed. Sam's Club opens in three hours and sixteen minutes. I'll never be as happy to buy another dryer!!!
