When I opened three units with this company, the first six months was like hell, my unites kept…read moremysteriously changing, so I'm paying for a unite that's not even mine, complained about to customer service several times. they said they would fix it but didn't. They changed managers, I figured things would get better but didn't. Things started coming up missing out of my storage unite, I complained to management he said that maybe you are over looking it are it could be underneath something els. So i got behind in my storage payments, I was aloud to make a partial payments, the manager was trying to get me to sell him things out of my unit. I refused, then i was told that if I could get half of my unit paid off that would keep me out of auction, that I had until the 26th of April, so on the 25th I go to pay for my unit just to be told that it was to late and the best thing I could do is bit at the auction, and how much starting bids would be. 26th come I'm bidding on my units, the storage manager call to ask me if it was me bidding on my unites, I said yes, not knowing that he is on the phone with the people I'm bidding against. The same people that he was showing my unit to before it was even up for auction, he is stealing things out of the storage, allowing people to go in a see what's in the unites before they even go up for auction, this isn't the first time him and this young couple has done this. I have been trying to get in contact with corporate but can't. How do they expect for you to get results if you are complaining to the person that is doing it. And I'm suer that the one's who left good reviews are some of the people he allows to live in the storage unites. HOW DO I GET IN ONTACT WITH CORPORATE, I HAVE ALREADY MADE POLICE REPORT.BUT I NEED TO GET CORPORATE NUMBER FOR BOX AND LOCK SELF STORAGE ON HANOVER BLV COLUMBIA MISSOURI ITS A LOT OF ILLEGAL STUFF GOING ON HERE. I've had many storage units over the years but this location was by far the best service. The…read morestorage unit itself was nothing special but the service to sign up and exit were completely hassle-free. I held this one for two years and just last week moved out on a Sat afternoon. No notice given and stopped by the office when leaving to notify them. They said no problem and within 5 min of leaving I had my final notice emailed with service ending that day. Highly recommend.
