When we pointed it out to them, they said they would have it fixed. That was 10 days ago. We called them again today and they were very nonchalant about telling us they're not done with it and "maybe next week" but they couldn't be sure. Keep in mind, it's a scratch. They don't have to rebuild the thing. It seems like they're just waiting us out to see whether we'll say "nevermind" and just take back the table with the nasty scratch across the top so they don't have to fix it. They have not offered to replace the table either. They got their money, so this, of course, is not priority.

First of all I WAY over estimated the time I would need them. I had a one bedroom apartment and I was just moving from one floor to the next floor up. But I had a lot of furniture and stuff! They moved my entire apartment in 1 HOUR!!! I was floored! That was up stairs too! They were FAST, professional, courteous, on time, took great care with all my belongings. I can't say enough good things about them! Communicated well before the move as well! I am SO using them again when I move next month. Their prices are MORE than fair! They make moving SO easy! I tell every one who needs moving help to hire them! They have actually been in my phones "contact list" since my last move! They will remain there too! HIRE THEM!!!!

Steve helped us figure out what size of truck and how many boxes they would need to bring to help us pack, and we could not have been more happy with Jason, Danny, and their colleague (whose name I cannot remember at the moment) who packed, moved, and delivered our belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and not a single thing was broken or even scratched. It is stainless steel so just imagine. It has been a couple of months unpacking and I have found multiple issues of broken things and a big dent in my dryer. Note in their contract they have a little clause saying any damage is paid at .60 cents per pound which means I have a destroyed smart refrigerator that wasn't 3 weeks old and a whole 200$. It's been in Columbia warehouse since Thursday night, today is Sunday. Everyday I get a email telling me it's out for delivery, everynight I get another email saying it's coming the next day. I have received this same email over and over. Still no package ( Sunday) and it contains medication for my pet. Calling customer service is a joke, the excuses it's the busy season, we have other customers on the line etc. DO NOT promise is a delivery date if you can't commit and follow through with that date. US post office , United Parcel service, Amazon etc. all can meet their commitment at this time by hiring extra help. There is no extreme weather delaying this package. I could have walked, crawled, been pushed in a bed while in a coma from my house and it would have been a quicker delivery From this point on any company that ships FedEx will not get my business. FedEx couldn't care less about customer satisfaction, it's pretty evident when I have spoken with a " representative" for the last 3 days. Calling corporate office in the morning maybe they can straighten out the Columbia warehouse location , but I'm sure I won't be the first compliant they have received about horrible customer service. My expectations with anything changing is zero.
