My son used the AAA app to request service for a dead battery. The Tiger Towing driver charged him $50 - Tiger Towing is not a contracted AAA company. They said they just happened to be in the area on "another dead battery call." The "area" is the parking lot of my son's apartment complex - not the side of a road. The owner, Dave helped me out when I needed a jump start for my car. What an amazingly nice man who honestly cares. I don't want to get into details about my car issues but he was asking me questions to try and help me sort out what the problem may was. I am from out of town and am going to school in Columbia, MO. Car issues honestly give me the worse anxiety. Dave honestly made my day so much better. I have had jump starts in the past and the people who have serviced my car didn't care as much as Dave did. I am VERY pleased with how my daughter was treated! She is a student and got towed from a lot where she wasn't supposed to park. I have a lot of experience within the towing industry and there are some companies who take advantage of people, especially younger kids. Okay. I locked my keys in my car. I called several places including the police and was told that it would be $80 or more. Tiger Towing answered, came out in less than 15 minutes, and it was only $40. Very pleased with my tow experience. My wife was stuck at university hospital with no working transportation. This company was recommended to me by the auto mechanic I found to service my truck. I have a large jacked up truck which was parked in the university hospital parking garage and I was worried they wouldn't be able to get the truck onto a wheel lift and tow it out of the garage due to low head height. So I scheduled with them a specific time during the day to work with my wife's schedule and they were right on time. They had no problem towing the truck out of the garage and brought it promptly to my mechanic. There prices were very reasonable and they did a very professional and great job. I had mom brain and locked my keys in the car. These friendly people saved the day! After calling other places, just to get a response that they were booked up all afternoon, I made the right choice by calling TIGER TOWING. The lady on the phone was so nice! And the guy that came out to help was just as friendly. Being stranded at Walmart with my 4 kids wasn't exactly the highlight of my day but they came in 20 minutes as they said they would and unlocked my car so quick! Thank you guys again!! I live 50 miles from Columbia. After accidentally locking my keys in my car, I called Tiger towing to ask for help. They met me within 5 min, safely wedged my car door open and successfully opened my door within 2 min. I was so grateful I didn't care what it would have cost. The man was so gracious to me!! Well, it never feels awesome to find out your car has been towed.... This was the first time it's ever happened to me. To make it worse, my car was actually towed from my own apartment lot because of a big misunderstanding. I'm a college kid and was really freaked out and upset at the idea of paying to get it back. When I got to Tiger Towing, the manager, Dave, was so, so nice and understanding. He didn't make me feel like I'd done anything wrong or condescend to me because of my age. When he took me to my car, we saw that some girls had written ALL over it in marker, leaving really explicit, cruel messages on basically every inch of it. I was so stunned and humiliated and confused, and Dave was AMAZINGLY kind. He was visibly upset for me, immediately went to get cleaning supplies and helped me clean it all off. Dave kept saying kind things like that I was clearly a good person who didn't deserve this, and helped me get through what was honestly a pretty hurtful, scarring experience. I cannot recommend TT highly enough. Dave's kindness meant the world to me. read more

I got into an accident where my vehicle needed towed. The police called Tiger towing out to take care of it all. There were two employees that were handling my situation. They both asked what I wanted. I told them it needs to go back to my apartment. Gave them the address. They looked puzzled and blurted out 80, 55, 10...85, 50, 10. One guy turned around and walked away. The younger guy asked if I wanted a ride, I told him I had transportation. I had turned around and the next thing I see is my Jimmy getting dropped off the tow dolly. They rushed to put it back on and out they went. I left to pick up a second vehicle, by the time I made it home. My truck wasn't there. I called them up and asked where it was. They said the guy waited for 30 minutes for me at my house. I was never told to meet him anywhere. Also that in order to get my truck back it would be $155. I was never told about payment either. The three numbers they blurted out. Apparently that's the bill. They never gave me an amount. Not only that... 85+50+15 is 150...anyways, while talking to them on the phone he said call the manager in the morning and we'll see what we can do to help since we didn't communicate properly. I called the next morning just to find out that when they don't communicate anything to you that it's your fault and you still have to pay. Not just the $155 anymore. Now there is another charge to take it back to my place where it should've already been if they talked me through what they were doing. Plus storage for a day. It's only been there for 10 hours. So where they messed up completely I now have to pay $275 to get my truck back after being told on the phone it would just be $235. Don't use this company. It's a terrible experience and I will never deal with them again. read more

I called tiger towing to come jump my vehicle and they said it would take them 30 minutes or less to come get me. 45 minutes later I called them and the guy said he got another call and would take at least 15 minutes or more to get to my location. When I asked why they didn't call to tell me he said they had forgotten about me. I would NOT recommend using this place at all. read more

Matthew was very polite, had a fun sense of humor, and was there, and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes for a very, very reasonable price. They charged a very reasonable $40. to jump it and they even picked me up at home to drive me to where I had to leave my car the night before. A tow would have been a reasonable $50. if needed. Worst customer service ever. They can not get their pricing right to save their life, its always going up for some reason. They dropped my vehicle off the dolly, so much for being professionals. They also claim that their customer service is important to them but they hang up on you when your a upset customer because they know their in the wrong but dont want to admit it and cant handle confrontation.
