I tried, unsuccessfully, to call him and asked him repeatedly to call me. After 2 days he said he would call that evening after he completed his work. He didn't call. By this time it was 2 days before the move. I tried scheduling another mover but they were booked. A day before the move I responded that I would be leaving a negative review. He immediately responded that his son had been in a car accident that day. While I sympathize and hope everyone involved was ok that doesn't explain his lack of communication on the previous days.

Two other families have each come in to use the facility since I've been here waiting with no success. The sign on the door says opens at 5am, their website says opens at 5am, and no one is answering the phone. Im standing at the front doors and I see someone inside the building with a yellow shirt on that days "staff". They see me and quickly move away. This is not a good start to my day.
