The gym is dirtier and dirtier, one of the reasons I chose this gym is the tanning bed. It works half the time, and many times there are no cleaning supplies for it. Also, the facilities seems to be dirtier and dirtier. I don't feel like anyone cleans, and there is no emphasis for members to clean after themselves. And the bathrooms are nasty. Today was the icing on the cake. I drive 25 minutes to get there. This morning I get there and my key fob wouldn't work. Several other members showed up around the same time, and no one's fob wouldn't work. the gym is between managers, as the sign on the door says, and there won't even be a manager (regional) there until tomorrow to fix the problem. It makes me want out of my contract.

I first went in to ask about the day pass. The dude at the desk was on the phone -- and I get it - that's his job. However, he didn't acknowledge me with even minimal eye contact. I waited for five minutes or so - still nothing - and apparently he was the only person working, so I left and came back later. This time there were two people at the desk so I was able to actually talk to someone. They were happy to sell me a day pass, but I could only use it during 'staff' hours - which is from 9 to 6. Well, that's real convenient -- for them! Definitely not a visitor friendly place. I'll jog outside I guess.
