After two years of being ignored and mistreated at Coltons I thought I was done with them. They refilled an old prescription I never requested a refill on because I had it transferred to Chehalis. When it was time to get my meds the other pharmacies wouldn't fill it because Coltons was holding it ransom. They are now endangering my health because I had a lapse in dosages on a medication that's imperative I take the medication as prescribed. If it happens again I'm taking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM COLTONS LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS UPON IT. read more

Zero stars or negative stars. This is the worst pharmacy I've encountered anywhere in the US. They complain when you call in a prescription and ask you to use the website. They don't check the website and say it's your fault for not calling in the prescription. They complain about criticisms regarding service but promise prescriptions will be ready on a day when they don't even have the medication in stock. The c*** who runs the place won't fix even her employee attitudes much less service and she tolerates b****** working for her who treat people like my wife Mrs Hank's like sh** for raising issue with multiple trips to morton because they can't even predict the day on which a prescription will be filled. I fully support the businesses in our small town community. But this small pharmacy can not handle all the prescriptions they receive on a daily basis. Sometimes we have to wait a day or two after our meds are called in, to pick them up. When those meds are life sustaining, it may become an issue. And, pain meds seem to be really hard to get on time. I'm not sure if they are under staffed, or what the issue is, but anyone that knows the feeling of not getting their pain meds on time, will understand why this becomes a huge issue. My arthritis won't wait until they have the time or day to fill my docs orders, they need filled the day the order comes in. We can't get the meds a day or so before and a day or two after you run out, you suffer tremendously. I know the staff work hard, heck, half the time you call they don't answer the phone, so they must be busy. Seriously, if you can go elsewhere, do, unless you can wait a day or so after your prescription is ordered. read more

I'm giving 2 stars only because the pharmacists are very friendly and helpful. The incompetence of this business is mind numbing. All the complaints that they never have your prescription ready are on point. If they tell you 'a few minutes' after you've been waiting for an hour... pin them down. I confirmed my doctor ordered a CGM. They called my husband to the counter and said the doctor forgot to order test strips. What?!?! Then she just walked away shaking her head stating it was a mystery and he waited another 45 minutes coming hime empty handed. We could've driven to Chehalis and back faster than the TWO days it's taken to NOT get a prescription filled. ‍ read more

they are sorely understaffed and therefore NEVER have your prescriptions ready when they say they will be. They say call before you come. Even when you call (assuming you can get someone to answer the phone) and say when they will be ready they aren't ready. They often don't even put your order in the queue until you come in and ask for it. Then they say 20 minutes which usually turns into two to three hours. Then they are rude to you like it's your fault they can't get their work done. The main pharmacist is nice and competent but she can't make up for the lack of customer service by the rest of the staff. read more

I didn't want to give a one star but I didn't have a choice. This is the WORST pharmacy EVER!!! The worst customer service, they say your prescription will be ready at a certain time, you get there big surprise it's not ready. No one has any customer service. They are all rude and bitchy, and makes it seem like you are wasting their time and they have better things to do then to help you. This place NEEDS to take a customer service course! We were hesitant to come backside of the awful reviews. I'm glad we tried it out. We are new customers, and they signed us up in about 10 minutes. Our prescription took about 20 minutes to fill. They gave our son a free balloon as well! We will be back!! And free coffee!! read more

The staff is friendly and helpful, but they are severely understaffed. I actually wanted to make a suggestion. Move the puzzle wall to the empty shelves near the makeup and put a small coffee shop in. Waiting customers could have coffee and a snack, and it would open up a few more jobs in a small town where jobs are hard to find. Also, I know it's difficult but try to hire a few more pharmacy techs. Iwouldn't mind the wait if I could enjoy coffee and a sweet treat and read a book. read more

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with!!! I've been getting my prescriptions from them for 6 years and it's always a problem every month. Final straw..... Called my prescription in 7 days before I need them, drive 45 minutes each way 2 days later and they haven't been filled. They told me they would be ready that day by 3. Drive back 2 Days Later and they only have one but not the other one. Drive back the next day after work and they're closed at 4 on Saturday. Their website says they close at 5 on Saturday. It's literally one headache after another dealing with this place. I will drive to Chehalis or Eatonville from this point on. I will never set foot in this miserable business again!!! read more

This is kind of a funky little pharmacy. The only pharmacy in Morton, I am told. There are two reasons I'm not rating it higher. One is that half of the store is dedicated to nick-nacks, while the pharmacy portion is lacking. Of the half of the store that is pharmacy related, about half of that is toys, camping supplies, candy, household goods, and odd miscellany. This would all be well and good if the remaining 25% of the store was big enough and well stocked enough to serve as a small pharmacy, but it's pretty pathetic. The second reason they lost stars is they don't have a restroom. Hello? People visit a pharmacy because they are sick, a restroom is a MUST in a pharmacy. We wandered rather aimlessly looking for what we needed, out of at least 4 employees in the store, nobody asked if they could help us. We were the only customers. Not the best customer service. I eventually asked the pharmacist and she was very nice and told me where to find what I needed. It would have been helpful though if the two employees just standing at the counter in front would have shown some interest. read more

I've never wanted to drive out a small local company in all my life like this. Just replace it with a CVS for god sakes .. They are fully staffed at all times, but rarely have your medicine ready within a timely fashion, IF AT ALL! They don't check the fax, or emails, or voicemails to even know if there is something there waiting for you. I get you're the only pharmacy within X amount of miles, but jesus if everything is as automated as you say it is .. WHY can you NOT get out meds in a timely fashion?! Then the staff is nasty and rude to you on top of them not being capable of doing their own jobs! I HATE THIS PLACE! But I'm forced to come here unless I want to take a two hour trip somewhere else! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too! The assistant pharmacist Olga is absolutely horrible. I have been in there a couple times. The first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day. But today I went in and she was rude to everyone including elderly people. If she hates her job so much she should quit. She goes as far cursing, like we can't hear her from our side of the counter. My daughter tried to get a prescription filled here and was told it would cost $132.00. We got it filled at Costco for $29.00. The place is awful. Staff are arrogant and rude most of the time. There are always 4-5 people waiting for their prescription. Orders are lost constantly. 3/6/2017 If I could give this place a minus rating, I would. Called to check on a prescription that I really didn't want to get filled here and no one would answer the phone in the pharmacy. I'm done. I don't understand all the horrible reviews of this pharmacy. I've picked up prescriptions three or four times in the last three months and have been very happy with the service. The folks in the pharmacy were helpful and pleasant. They even arranged for a prescription to be transferred from the pharmacy where I used to live, with no problems. There was a mix-up with my insurance that I wasn't able to fix before the insurance office closed; I had no money for the meds, and the pharmacist gave me an emergency refill of three pills to tide me over. The longest I've had to wait was maybe 15-20 minutes. The cashiers at the front of the store are very nice, too. read more

The only Pharmacy for miles therefore there is no other option. The staff are rude and incompetent, they're always making mistakes on the number of pills within the container and as someone else stated, they can't even accept their mistakes and blame it on a computer error. The staff NEVER went to an accredited Pharmacy Assistant School as required by other stores. If you weren't born here, they aren't friendly at all. Only Nicole is worthy in my opinion. I think that they need to all be fired and a new crew of professionals come in and take over. People who've been in school and pharmacists who've taken some refresher courses, to say the least.
