I went into walgreens to see what was on holiday clearance. (12/26/24 @ around 4 pm) ALL their "holiday gifts" section are 50% off. I found a Trakk brand hot/cold neck wrap normally $19.99. Took it up to the register, and it rang up at $14.99. I explained where it was, and she responded with "well, it's 14.99". I then politely explained where it was and how it should be 9.99. She repeated herself. So I did, too. Then she called a manager up, who rang it up on her handheld device and told me it's supposed to be $14.99. I took the manager back (with now a line of 10+ people), and she said.. "Well, it shouldn't be here." (There were several other quick gift items in the space. Either someone mismarked it, or they forgot to pull the items that shouldn't have been in that area) She told the lady to give it to me for the 50% off price and took the rest (4 additional ones) off the shelf. The lady at the counter then asked, "Do you want this or not?". I said, "Yeah, for 9.99 as it's posted." She told me, "Im sure the skew is different," and then very aggressively did what she was told and shoved the item toward me. Confused as to why i was being treared as a criminal, I then explained that... No, I checked the words on it AND THE ITEM before bringing it up. To avoid this. (I have anxiety and always do my best to be kind to people) She just said whatever - here, while rolling her eyes. It takes nothing to be nice. Had she been kind and polite I probably would have just paid it (even though ot was obviously in the correct space with a big yellow 50% off sign) because Im not trying to hold up 10+ people waiting to also check out. If you're the cashier or manager and you see this, there are other jobs out there. This isn't the first time you've been rude to me, I just always overlook it because maybe you're having a bad day. Don't treat people like a criminal if they're doing nothing wrong. I will be doing my best to avoid this store from now on, even if that means driving 20 minutes out of town. Unfortunately the pharmacy gave me the wrong refill. I am allergic to blue dye and my original prescription was white for that reason. They chose to refill with blue dye version because it is cheaper. When I got home I realized they refilled with blue dye version instead of what i was taking. They were unkind and somewhat abrupt when I explained I didn't ask for a different version and needed the exact same medicine. The co pay was 150 dollars and they wouldn't refund. I am unable to afford to get my medicine now and they've definitely acted like they did not care that now i couldn't afford to get the right one. No compassion. It was upsetting for our family. 13 family members in town use Walgreens and now we are all boycotting using Walgreens and are all moving our prescriptions as well. It was simply wrong to give me the wrong medicine (NOT the same) and then verbally blame me for not reading the tiny print that showed they gave me the wrong thing. Treated me as if I was some kind of child for not noticing. I just assumed you would replace my REFILL with the same thing. This dye is banned for a reason and I don't appreciate you trying to dump your inventory on someone with severe auto immune issues. Caring about the community matters. Trying to fix it would have meant a lot to me. Telling me too bad so sad and then whispered laughs as we walk away, lost us as customers for sure. I spend a lot of money at Walgreen's. I'm a mom with a sick child at home so that's why I made a trip to Walgreens tonight. I worked retail for 13 years. The girls working were not very nice or helpful. They follow you around and come up next to you pretending to do something but they are following you and accuse you of stealing. Management- please talk to the 3 girls that worked tonight. Teach them about customer service and kindness.They act like "mean girls" about customers. Waited on hold an hour and 20 minutes to find out why a prescription ordered a week ago has not arrived yet. After an hour and 29 minutes a person finally answered ask me to hold!, put me back on hold, and then approximately 5-10 minutes later the system hung up on me. Called to speak to someone outside the pharmacy, they put me back on hold, system said it's having difficulty and hung up on me. Still no meds and no answers. Consistently terrible service, consistently long hold times, long wait times, I have been trying to "make it work" with Walgreens in this location for over a year and I'm just done. Never again. My last and final visit, I had to come in because it was too confusing for them on drive through. NO ONE was there, three employees barely looked over, when I finally said "Hello" someone glanced over and said it will be a few! After 5 mins, I was helped. I have to say a big thank you to the staff in the pharmacy... My husband ran out of his prescription allergy meds recently and the bottle said there were no refills left and I called our doctors office and they told me no there should be refills left... I called the pharmacy and they confirmed there were no refills but they said they would make the call. Within 24 hours they not only had gotten it approved but had filled the prescription for me... Makes a real difference in how my husband gets through his day so I really appreciate it. read more

I'm specifically going to pick on the Pharmacy. I had such a bad experience, I actually took the time and energy to create a new business, because Yelp didn't have the Enumclaw location listed yet. After leaving my daughter's pediatrician, who assured me the prescription we needed was being phoned over to the pharmacy, I thought maybe we would hit up the drive through. (My daughter was asleep in the back - let sleeping dogs lie, right?) Also, my doctors office told me they sent over our insurance information which was good b/c my husband had the insurance card. So we hit up the drive through. And waited. And waited. And waited. 15 minutes later I zipped out of there and decided to go in. Where we waited. And waited. And waited. 20 minutes after that I finally got to talk to a person, who said they didn't have the prescription, or our insurance info so we would have to wait even longer. Anyone with a cranky 9 month old who has missed her nap to go to a doctors appt knows that a quick cost/benefit analysis of the situation warrants going home. Immediately. So I asked them to fill it and we'd be back. So go to this pharmacy. If you want time to knit that sweater you've been thinking about. Or have some paint you want to watch dry. Or if you need a noisy, over-lit place to watch all the sick and infirm people of society parade past you while you wait for a non-existent prescription to not get filled. Have fun. read more

I'd rather go here than Rite-Aid in this town, because I'd rather eat off my own face than go to Rite-Aid. That being said, when I go into Walgreens, I am not there to browse; I am there to purchase something pre-planned, like 'oh shit, I ran out of mascara! I'm buying mascara!', or 'I really need some gum and face wash because it's much more expensive at QFC and even though Rite-Aid has it on sale, I'd rather eat off my own face'. So, being asked numerous times if I need 'help' finding something within such short time-frame is pretty bothersome. No, I don't need help. Do you? Is management making you ask me over and over? Stop following me around the store, too. I'm not some hoodlum or kid, I'm 31 and you're pissing me off. When I go up to the counter to pay for my items, and the CS gal behind the counter is chatting it up with so-and-so-she-knows-from-somewhere, and she's already rang up the person and they've paid for their items, and there are 4 other people in line behind me, and I need to use the restroom, and you keep talking and don't even acknowledge me and just continue talking like *you're not at work*, I'm going to write a review here on Yelp - and this is after I spoke with the manager who saw the whole thing go down. I don't get a kick out of writing negative reviews without saying anything first - people who do that are passive aggressive assholes. However, considering all the other negative reviews of this place, I thought I'd chime in as well. I blame management - train your employees better. I tend to go to this Walgreen's alot when I go out to Enumclaw. I have never used the pharmacy and staff tends to be either really nice and helpful or rude and non-existant. I usually find what I'm looking for but they have a bad habit (like all Walgreen's) of not marking sale items and then trying to get you to buy the non-sale item instead of going and finding the right one. read more

So listen... i normally don't give bad reviews, but this one deserved it and i understand why it was rated 2 stars. I'm in the customer service industry, especially retail, and i know how to treat customers with respect even when they shouldn't be respected. i just spent $40 at the store and asked to use the restroom where one fine gentlemen, who was a manager, showed me the way. When i got there i realized it was being cleaned. No big deal that's great, but i really have to use a restroom. as I'm standing there, doing my pee dance while holding my dress and contemplating using the men's room, another manager comes up and tells me i can't use the restroom because they were closing. Which i beleived because I'm from out of town so i go outside the store feeling bad i kept them open. Btw this whole time I'm waiting for a cab and doing a pee dance. So i see if starbucks is open. Come here if you want 3 Walgreens employees to ignore you at once and say things like "are you serious" after your 4 year old son pukes. I stood there so no one would step in it or anything. I apologized multiple times.. and asked if I could do anything. All 3 of the employees ignored me & the rude b$&/?! that came from out of the back of the store looked at the Luke on the floor and said very loudly "are you serious" and to which I tried to ignore but I have my 3 kids who also feel very uncomfortable with all of this going on. I hear her huffing and puffing from 3 or 4 aisles away... so my mama bear comes out and I say "is there a problem that my son threw up?!" Like I planned it??? WTH. I don't mind this store, I come here occasionally for things we can't find at Safeway or rite aid it's always pretty clean the bathroom is disgusting however and really run down. I love their card section it's amazing. The staff is friendly for the most part can sometimes be a little rude. Geoff the shift lead is so incredibly rude. I tried making a simple return for some face products and cold medicine that I spent $80 on at Walgreen's, I stopped by Walmart and realized I could get it all for $40. So I stopped by to return these items, un opened and with a receipt. Tried making another purchase for some clearance nail polish. I had a coupon for it, it was $2.49. My coupon was for $2. So it should work, it's on the specified product. No he instead talked down to me like I was a child. I asked him why the store policy isn't consistent and he said they follow the rules..no your coupon policy clearly states I can use it. But instead I didn't buy the product and and now reviewing this store. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service with their management. I have used Walgreens in Enumclaw a lot due to a daughter who has Crohn's and a son who takes several medications for acne. They have always been helpful and nice. One night I was a few minutes late picking up my sons medication which he was completely out of. It was really important that I get it that night (my son forgot to tell me he was out). The manager went back and had them open a register and sold me the prescription even though they were closed and had the pharmacy locked up. I love this pharmacy and really appreciate the manager there. He is nice and on top of everything that is going on. Sometimes it would be easier to pick up medications from Auburn, but it is worth my time and effort to get it in Enumclaw because of their customer service. Highly recommend! I totally agree with the other review. This pharmacy is AWFUL. awful service, especially the drive-thru, and half the time the people that work there are clue-less. They say, "oh, well the pharmacist isnt in right now, he'll be back in ----" so we wait to talk to the "pharmacist" and once we see him, he's no help whatsoever. We moved here from safeway and now we're back to safeway. So what if they don't have a drivethru? at least you get your prescriptions on time and the service is courteous. The actual store part is okay though, but Rite Aid or something is better. :P read more
