I drove down and had Dan look at it and was confident he could get it out. I setup an appt for the following week. When I arrived back he said it would be two hrs. So I went and ran some errands. Well about an hr later he text me that my car was ready. When I came back I couldn't even find where the dent had been. And he said "it took less time than I thought, I'm going to charge you less." Then, as I'm signing the paperwork I notice a paper on their wall that breaks down the fee, and part of the fee included the fee for an inspection sticker. So I mention it to them and they said "ummm...yeah I guess I could have someone look at it". If I didn't mention it, they would have just taken the money and not inspected my car. They told me there was nothing wrong with the car I was purchasing (typical used car salesmans). When It came to pass inspection, it barely passed and they said I will need new breaks and a new exhaust VERY soon. Also, I had to repeatedly ask them to clean the car before I picked it up. It was so dirty with stains and animal hair on the inside, they weren't even going to do anything about it. My specific car needed a key for the trunk and they said they'd have to order it for me....that was over a month ago! I have been in touch with them multiple times and they said it was on order and hasnt come it. So I called where they "ordered" it from and they said they don't have an order in the system from them. So I called D's auto and come to find out they never ordered it because he "forgot"!!! They are LIARS and they are the stereotypical cheap, used car salemans...congrats on losing a customer. I don't suggest buying any cars from these guys, they might "forget" to give you good customer service.

I can't honestly say that anywhere else would not have done as good a job as Brothers, but I am completely happy with the work and service I received from them. Steve, Anthony and all the staff I dealt with were professional and friendly. It took almost 3 months to get the part, due to supply chain issues, but luckily the damaged lift gate still worked. They kept me updated and arranged for my rental when the part arrived. They had my vehicle just a few days. I discovered that the rear switch operation for the lift gate was intermittent. Due to the accident evidentially. They ordered one from Toyota. Came in the next day. I went down and they replaced it right away. It's a 2011 Nissan Altima with 140,000 miles on it, so the car itself is hardly worth anything. That said, after the incident the vehicle was 100% mechanically sound. Besides a side mirror that got destroyed, a passenger door that did not open properly and the window to that door not going all the way up, the rest was merely an eyesore. Since the car was running fine and not worth a full restoration, I went around the Greater Nashua area to SIX different shops. I explained the situation to each of them, underscoring the fact that I just wanted those 3 issues fixed, but not a full restoration. Two of the other places flat-out wouldn't do it and basically said it COULDN'T be done for one BS reason or another, and quoted me in excess of $5,000. The remaining 3 places gave more competitive quotes, but even the lowest of those 3 was still more than twice as much as Dave Illg's quoted me. Plus, they wouldn't have been able to get my car in for TWO WEEKS. And then who knows how long it would have taken or how much over the estimate it would have cost me. Dave's shop was able to take my car within 3 days of booking the appointment and the work was finished that same day. The cost? The exact amount I was quoted and not a penny more... AMAZING! They understood that I didn't care how it looked, but that everything be fully functioning and ready to pass inspection. No fuss whatsoever. I would immediately and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone looking for auto body repair in the Nashua area. A++

I went back to the shop assuming workmanship warranty was going to cover, but no, that guy Dave brought out his tech and they ended up completing removing the glass and saying that it looked like I was dinged and that I had to call my car insurance to see what they could do. I went to this shop assuming I was going to receive grade A service as a young Latina woman, but instead got fed bullshit. Highly do not recommend. Beware of this place, bring your business elsewhere.
