He's always there, when I have a surprise mechanical hiccup and need his help. No matter how busy he is, he finds a way to get me into his hectic schedule. In addition, he charges reasonable prices, and I can always feel confident that the work is done right. I need to keep this car, for now. It means the world to me to be able to maintain my car in an affordable way, and to have the work done in a shop that is Honest and takes Pride in the service they deliver. Most recently, I had 3 small issues, right when Dave was on Vacation. In a pinch, I tried a large shop that is nearby me, on Broad Street. The place begins with G. Gee, was that a Huge Mistake! Not only did they charge for a Diagnosis, which was not discussed, or needed, but the work bid, in addition, was over $2200, and that was an estimate! Oh, and they couldn't tell me when my car would be fixed! On top, they are a AAA shop and I got charged for an extra tow, just to get my car to Dave's. 'Not finished working with AAA on that. This story ends, Happily. Dave repaired my car and the bill was about 75% Less than I was quoted from Garage Gee Whiz! Are you Kidding Me! I knew Paul, Dave's Dad, and he was an Incredible Gentleman, too. 'So Wonderful to have Chuck's, with Dave and his new partner, Elvin, at the helm. I don't how to say Thank You, enough. I Love Chuck's! You will too! BTW, there is no Chuck, but you won't care.

I got my car inspection done here $25 and it was great! However I am disappointed because I told them my tires were low on air and it wasn't fixed. They fixed my car and I appreciate that and I paid quite a penny for it to be fixed when I paid less for more work. It took them a couple days to diagnosis the problem I was hoping that would bring the price down a bit but it didn't no worries I'm not mad at all. What really got to me was I asked for a tune up on my vehicle and they were going to charge me about $3000. I couldn't even fathom that price it was absolutely utterly ridiculous. For reference I went to a different shop just a mile away and they did it for $400... I think Michael takes pride in his work and does a good job but these prices are out of this world.
