I worked with Jenny during the summer, while 6 months pregnant and needed to refresh my wardrobe with work & weekend wear that could grow with my belly. Not only was jenny able to source me the best capsule wardrobe, but she did it effeciently, thoughtfully, and nailed the maternity component without stocking my closet full of 1x use maternity clothes. Jenny goes above and beyond other stylists I have worked with. This ranges from having all the clothes beautifully packaged and steamed for try on to showing up with a variety of options and thoughtfulness behind the options. I walked away with a 50% hit ratio from Jenny's suggestions and now waking up and getting dressed everyday is a joy and not a chore. I feel put together, fashionable without being too trendy, comfortable, and a true version of myself. Jenny sources pieces across the price spectrum and does not push items onto her clients -- she is the first to say "oh. you have something similar, let's skip this" or she is also the one to say "this is how you style of work, the weekend, and date night " all with the same pieces. This is one of the best investments I have made in myself in a long time. It saved me hours upon hours of trying to shop online and returning items that didn't fit and it has shaved off time in the morning for me while getting ready. I cannot recommend Jenny enough -- it's such a wonderful investment and I cannot wait to work with. her again!

In the process she used her very light touch to rid me of things that were no longer in style and began teaching me what worked best for my lifestyle and body type. I feel like I got so much out of just this first appointment. The information she left me with has already influenced my shopping choices. I paid for the image consulting package and within minutes of meeting her she was able to help me diagnose why certain articles of clothing I owned never felt "right" for me and give actionable insights for improving my wardrobe. She followed that up with an incredibly thorough document full of sample looks, lists of brands and stores to shop at, and helpful tips and tricks. Since my initial consult, she has been incredibly responsive to answering questions and providing feedback on specific items of clothing, on looks, and on any follow-up questions that I've had. I already feel so much more confident when I buy clothes and in putting together outfits that feel flattering for me. Whether you're looking to refresh your brand or just starting on your style journey, I can't recommend working with Mona highly enough.

Before meeting her, shopping felt boring -- racks of endless options, second-guessing every choice, and walking away uninspired. But from our very first session, Mona turned the experience into something thrilling, creative, and deeply personal. I want to really emphasize on aspects of her personality in this review. She has been all devoted to teaching me and finding my interests genuinely, and I never felt it was a job for her. She followed up on getting feedback from me well beyond what she was supposed to, to make sure I am satisfied with the experience and happy with the products I bought. She is so humble, personable, and passionate about what she does and I really love that in a person. I never thought I'd say this, but shopping has actually become exciting -- an adventure into new possibilities rather than a chore. People constantly ask me where I shop or who styles me -- and the secret is Mona. If you're ready to feel like the most confident, stylish version of yourself, look no further. Mona is a true artist, and partnering with her is one of the best decisions I've ever made!

I'd always said I'd do it someday, as I kept dressing in whatever had survived since college. I'm a 35-year-old professional; I needed to level up! I hired Nejla for a closet cleanse, four hours of shopping, and a look book shoot so I could remember how to put everything together. One thing I was dreading was the six hours of hanging out with a stranger, making small talk. I should not have worried! She's so personable and easy to talk to. Nejla is very budget conscious and got my comfort level/budget up front. When I mean a new wardrobe--we bought everything from shoes to rompers. It was worth every penny, but more than that I so appreciated Nejla's approach. She talked me through the whys of what she was selecting and left me feeling super empowered too. Even our salesperson at Nordstrom was like a buddy by the end of our trip (4 hours flew by, which I couldn't believe!). Do it, you won't regret it!!

I became even more fashionably lost during the pandemic -- after all, like many people I spent 2 years working from home and wearing nothing but leggings. I landed my dream role working at a fashion magazine last summer, and I wanted to walk in feeling confident in what I wore. Nejla absolutely came to my rescue. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little hesitant at first, but Nejla was professional, and quite frankly calming from day one. Her method is well thought out and really works. We got rid of dozens of pieces during my closet clean out that no longer served me, and during the shopping process she not only leaned into clothes that I was drawn to, but also got me out of my comfort zone. She had me try on pieces that I never would've imagined wearing (this is where you really have to trust the process), and now some of those items are staples for me. I've always hated shopping -- and i know a lot of people can relate -- but she makes it an incredibly fun experience, and the four hours FLEW. My favorite part, though? Putting together the lookbook. After our shopping spree she put together 60 (!) outfits and curated them in a shared photo album so I can go back and find inspiration when I need it. Okay I lied -- my favorite (and the most invaluable) part of the whole experience is the confidence I gained in myself. I never received compliments on my outfits in the past and felt a little mismatched. Since working with Nejla I now walk into any room feeling like a million bucks, whether i'm at the office, on a date, or just hanging out with friends. And without fail, I get compliments on almost every single outfit. Nejla helped me become more like myself in a way that I never thought was possible. For that I am forever grateful.

I didn't like if it was snug on me and pulling though and they would tell me was perfect for me. Nice selection of styles and colors that aren't common. Sizing is an issue with the one size fits all. There were several skirts I would have bought if they had had a couple of sizes like small, medium, and large. I could get them on but they would pull or snug. I don't pay money for anything unless it's a proper fit. I really wish they had a care tag or card for each clothing item. There are not any tags identifying what the material is. This makes for tricky washing or do I need to dry clean?

A surprising amount of people came in at opening - I guess it's a very popular store/location! We were first window shopping around, and it was initially hard to get a staff to help answer a few questions about pieces we were interested in. Finally we got someone's attention and they actually pulled out the entire collection for us to see and ask to try on. It wasn't on display, but as part of the box of pieces that were for sale, I found an adorable ring and knew I had to get it. Unfortunately they had sold out of my size - at the time, my fingers must've been extremely swollen from the heat because my size was way bigger than I remembered it to be. The staff didn't mention anything like that to be wary of, but I felt like they would have known. I purchased two name rings late in 2025, I had been a customer at the original location since they opened in 2005 when I was in college! I've bought so many rings from them, many by Wwake but also very nice ones by their in house line. A lot of personalized ones over the years with sentimental value for me. I think quality and production must be way down and I'm worried maybe these rings I have from last year may not even be actual gold. Maybe it's a fault in the design? I put one on and almost cut myself- it had split!!! I was so shocked and reached out to them immediately since this hasn't happened in 20+ years as a loyal customer who recommended their brand, bought gifts for family, etc. I emailed customer service and they said it's under warranty and can be fixed. I felt like that would be okay until I looked at my other name ring, purchased on the same date. I can see a split forming but not complete in the same exact location as the other one!!!!! I don't want a "fix" or replacement anymore unless it's another brand. I'd like my money back, I've never ever had real jewelry break on its own like this and I take very good care of these treasured objects. I can see these will break again and again :( If they can actually give good customer service I'll return as a customer to still buy trusted brands like Wwake but would never buy from their line ever again and can see numerous recent Reddit posts describing Catbird line jewelry falling apart!
