We stopped by Artists and Fleas after Smorgasburg. It provided us with some much needed AC and we loved all the little stalls that sold cool, unique items. I picked up two NYC-themed pins and my MIL picked up some candles. If you're on the market for some unique, handmade crafts, then this is the place for you! read more

I vaguely remember going to one of these years ago in Chelsea market. I like to shop in these places where local artists can display their wares. There's also a bunch of vintage clothing and accessories here which are fun to look at. I found an artist who makes cute jewelry out of vintage forks and spoons, and walked away with a couple, as well as a free artists and fleas tote bag, so I'd say it was a win! read more

I randomly stumbled upon Artists & Fleas yesterday as I was making my way to the High Line. Lots of small vendors here. Williamsburg Artists and Flea Market was my favorite shopping stop during my trip. Local businesses displayed and sold vintage and handmade clothing, art, jewelry, candles, and more. I bought a tremendous chained belt, a lava set candle, and an orange vintage button-down. I recommend it if you're near Williamsburg anytime between Thursday to Sunday! read more

Went looking for flea markets on Sunday afternoon and this location came up fairly quickly on the search. Located in a medium-sized facility with about two rooms (one large and one small), several shops are set up to sell marketplace-style with their wares. I wouldn't say many of the products were used or vintage, as most of them were handmade crafts made by local or community artists. It felt very much like an upscale thrift and local artist community. Despite that, it was neat walking around to see the different wares. We did not end up buying anything, but it was a neat atmosphere. They also had people selling food and coffee. Would I go back? Sure, it seemed like they would have a variety of items every week. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to stop by. read more

I found some vendors to be particularly fantastic, but I personally thought many of the items were overpriced. The room with the vintage / thrift items seem particularly overpriced, especially since they're not homemade or local. I'd come back for a splurge or a gift for someone else. read more

I had a fun time browsing Artists and Fleas after the damage my family and I did at Smorgasburg. We needed a place to walk it off and cool down from the heat. What I love about Artists and Fleas was all the different vendors selling their unique crafts, ranging from quirky bibs for babies, jewelry to oils that will please your epicurean buddy and baked goods. I was really impressed with everything I saw and ended up buying a couple of gifts for friends back home. Of course, I had to treat myself to a floral "Brooklyn" hat from Aliens of Brooklyn. I have received many compliments on that hat every time I wear it out. Even if you're not planning to buy anything, its still worth browsing through this market just to check out the art on display. read more

Cool space and a good variety of shops. Lost a star because there's a lot of cheaper manufactured goods being sold alongside actual crafted stuff. Cheap quality and probably not super ethically sourced. The things that were handmade were very cool though. read more

The owners should really consider changing the name of the company as the name suggest is very deceiving and totally not accurate. Please elevate the name of the company. Artists and flees sound so cheap and low class compared to the vendors in the Chelsea location is a much higher class and better quality than a flee market. read more

What a great place to support small businesses! They have some great hand crafted jewelry, variety selection of thrifted clothes, candles, and art pieces. Loved it! There were so many cool Brooklyn vendors it was a feast for the eyes. This Artists&Fleas being so close to Smorgasburg made it really enjoyable to easily spend our entire day in Williamsburg and get a feel for Brooklyn and its artisan businesses. Picked up some great unique gifts (soaps and skincare from Flynn&King Skincare, jewelry from KSD Jewelry and 141 Atelier) for friends and family back home. Would definitely love to come back, everyone was super friendly. read more

We came across this place when we wanted to visit the other flea market. It was indoor, so when it rained, we decided to take a look. It only opened on saturday and sunday till 7 pm. There were around 20+ sellers and they mostly sell women's stuff. We went there when it was almost closed so end up didn't buy anything, but we'll definitely come back It would be great if they added more men's stuff though read more

This is a great space for anyone wanting to share their talent with the rest of the world and not having to pay a high price to do so. An artist can use the space to their advantage, only having to be open during weekend hours and use the space as a pop-up that they would promote hand in hand with their etsy or business website. Also, a great place to network and you already know that there is going to be foot traffic coming your way. My only complaint is the amount of vintage clothing sellers here. It would be nice to see more artists and original designs rather then overpriced vintage. But, there must be a demand for it since there are so many vendors here providing the vintage service. I hope that the space is super successful and they will be able to expand soon. There are also many people sharing booths, which is a great way to save money. read more

My friends and I stumbled upon this flea market one afternoon. I loved the variety of goods here, from clothes to jewelry to clocks made of books... No one is very pushy, and there are lots of dogs around. Local artists and lots of fun stuff to explore! read more

This is the second Artist and Fleas location I visit and my first time here. Loved the space and all the different vendors with their inventive items. Also got to see a few that have been around for a bit at other locations. The only complaint is that the restrooms are only for vendors. read more

I am definitely not the target demographic of this place. I am far from the quirky, artistic hipster I usually see in this place and, like another review mentioned, wouldn't buy a lot of the things here simply because it isn't really my style. If you love Etsy and similar, you will love it here. That being said, it's worth a visit -- if nothing else, then for the experience. I do like checking out local brands and artists and occasionally you will find a gem here, regardless of your personal style. read more

My friend and I were in the neighborhood and checked out this cool indoor flea market on a Saturday afternoon. I was shocked how crowded it was because we were literally bumping into people and just trying to take in all the merchandise. They have a lot of cool vendors but a lot of the vendors didn't sell flea market priced items.(some were on the expensive side). I did buy a cute necklace with a NYC pendant that had my two favorite boroughs (Brooklyn&Queens) representing. If I'm in the area I would check out this spot again. read more

Stumbled upon this place while visiting the Smorgasboard in Williamsburg. Fell in LOVE immediately! It's basically an indoor flea market w outdoor flea market finds! My friends and I found some amazing pieces of jewelry and clothing here..stuff we hadn't seen anywhere else. Very cool stuff. Highly recommend you drop in if you're in the area! Stumbled upon this awesome find walking around Williamsburg on our last Brooklyn trip. This place is such a cool concept. It's basically an indoor upscale flea with everything from clothing, to accessories, jewelry, and food. Lots of unique finds! So unfortunate we happened to discover this market about 30 min before they closed so had to rush through it (and I think they are only open on weekends but could be wrong). This is one of the most interesting places I visited while in New York! My girlfriend and I were killing some time before going to Williamsburg Smorgasburg and stumbled into this little flea market. I'd say I would never consider buying 95% of the things in here, just because they aren't really my style, but just going through the shop is a treat enough. There are TONS of creatively built, designed, and organized knick knacks and clothes you can buy here. It's an extremely "Brooklyn" place so if you are someone that sticks to GAP and Target for your clothes and trinkets, you're in the wrong place entirely. As I said, most things I wouldn't purchase, but I did find a fun wallet that was made out of a book cover I bought as a souvenir. Even if you aren't looking to buy something, walking through this place is well worth your time. read more

I like Crap - but admittedly because it's outrageously status-affirming to even conceptualize the existence of, much less OWN: rings that conjoin multiple digits (effectively counteracting millions of years of evolution); cuff links crafted from old typewriter keys (for the business-formal Bohemian in your life); 1x1 inch notebooks (a wicker basket of a dozen would look so fetching atop a vintage secretary!); necklaces and bracelets made from fake-old ammunition and artillery; $25 t-shirts silk-screened with the latest Internet meme. All the tidbits cost roughly what you'd imagine (but not what you'd like) CYCUaWACL to cost. Vintage clothing and shoes sold separately, in the back. First-world problems not included. read more

This market is special because most of the vendors are the artists and designers themselves, who market their own wares...... t-shirts...candles....jewelries... hats...belts...cards...arts and crafts.... Located in a large warehouse in the heart of Williamsburg it is open Saturday & Sundays from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm. My daughter Camille loves to come here for the books. There are a bunch of vendors that produce high-quality items, mostly jewelry, some clothes, and interesting prints. There is even a selfie-camera near the door with some props, so you can document your stay there. Nice lil indoor flea market with diverse products. I really appreciated how even though it was small and kinda cramped people weren't being pushy. And having an exploring toddler leading the way is always a surprise, but people embraced it. He always is a showstopper when we go out. Will be back, loved the necklaces they had. read more

Browsing around this flea it had many different things to choose from. Lots and lots of mini dress shops and a few jewelry shops. I loved the jewelry collections. All very cute. The little dress shops had some nice pieces which were bargain priced! One store however was very expensive (200+). The store operator had an "old" Indian headpiece with feathers on it, when asked about the price she said $400. Which is fine but when asked what tribe and a little history on it the lady said, "it's just 400 dollars). For 400 dollars you would think there would be a little history on it. I personally thought it looked like it came from Party City. I do not think she will be selling that anytime soon. read more

Yeah.. the name might be flea market, but I didn't see many flea market stuffs there surprisingly. Instead, you can find cool, unique, hipster-y items here. This place is definitely a shopping heaven for girls because most of the stuffs they sell here is women's stuff. Yeah.. so boys don't expect too much when you come here. But on a happier note, the price is not as expensive as that of in Brooklyn Flea Market (Yeay!). They also have DJs playing songs throughout the day so the ambiance is really nice and fun.
