Every other mover in the area had long since closed but Ryan returned our call in minutes. We had made an unfortunate choice with a mover in Los Angeles. We actually thought the guy had run off with our furniture. It had been 48 hours and we hadn't heard from him. We tracked him down and as it turns out, he had broken down in a town called Kettleman. About an hour away from Ryan's location Ryan quickly put a crew together, got our furniture from the mover from LA and then drove through the night to deliver everything to Monterey! Honestly, who does that? He went above and beyond to help us out. He was on time, professional and incredibly reasonable with his rates. He could have easily doubled his price given the last minute notice and late hour. It's rare to find someone with this level of integrity. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Luckily police were able to recover. Mini Storage owners knew of break ins and did nothing to alert tenants. Gate code isn't secure. Now they are not fixing gate and they lock it up at random. They locked gate for 3 days without any notice, many people were inconvenienced. Bad business, only concerned about collecting money.
