Luckily police were able to recover. Mini Storage owners knew of break ins and did nothing to alert tenants. Gate code isn't secure. Now they are not fixing gate and they lock it up at random. They locked gate for 3 days without any notice, many people were inconvenienced. Bad business, only concerned about collecting money.

The front office had great service and they helped me out the best they could during my time there and when the break in occurred. Security around the facility needs to be improved drastically.
