First time using this location - my fave recycling location on Santa Fe is no longer there. This place is a big operation- I got in line with my meager offering of plastic and aluminum. They were fast, polite and fair. And I made some iced coffee money! I'll be back. :) read more

BC Recycling - Recycling Center Near Me - Visalia, California

They need better personal they are not very helpful and it is dirty and not safe, there is broken glass everywhere

I've been to this location on many occasions unfortunately they have a habit of closing the gates early especially when you need to get in I've been there three times and they close 15 minutes early and I need it I have a car full of stuff to recycle and I have to drive home with it again waste of time money and gas you name it. I will not be doing business with this company any longer. I said something to one of their people they didn't even acknowledge me tried to call no answer which unfortunately it seems to be the way Service has handled these days. Not for me read more

Very nice, and friendly. When we came it was very busy but they were working it! One guy was smooth af and landed an awesome trick shot that was so smooth, that a baby's bottom looked rough. read more

My Husband showed up at 4:40pm to do some recycling for one of the employees to go ahead and let him know that they decided to close at 4:45 PM today even though it clearly states that they do not close until 5:00 PM. We needed to do recycling in order to get some money to be able to buy diapers and formula for our child. They refused to provide their services to My Husband and made sure to let him know that they close whenever they want to even though it clearly states they close at 5 o'clock. I proceeded to call them at 4:50 and called repeatedly until they close at 5 o'clock with no answer whatsoever. They have absolutely horrific customer service and are completely disrespectful to the customers of Visalia. Knowing that they get to choose when they close is an extreme inconvenience to anybody who goes online to look at what time they close and I also called and asks what time they close and was told that they close at 5:00pm Lying to your customers about your closing time is disgusting and it makes you look like a completely trashy business. I myself in fact run a business and I could never imagine just deciding to close at any time I feel necessary. That is absolutely NOT how businesses work and you definitely have lost a customer. I will be sure to go ahead and let anyone know in the future that your business is very unreliable and I would not recommend using your business. If I could I would go ahead and giving you zero stars. As I look at other reviews for this business I can't believe how many other people seem to have run into the same problem with the fact that the employees think it's completely OK to close the business early when multiple other people have shown up with trucks full of recycling and end up being forced to turn around and go back home. You guys have an extremely shitty business and extremely shitty Way of doing business and your employees make sure to run the business into the ground by making customers feel like The employees have absolutely no respect for the customers and have no idea what customer service is. In the customer service world if you don't know here is a little lesson.... The customers come first and the customers are always right & if you can't handle working until 5 o'clock then you need to leave the business or be fired because I'm sure the owner of the business would be embarrassed to know how his employees run the business. PATHETIC!!!!!!! read more

First time here but experience was good. A little buddy on a Saturday afternoon but went quick. Plenty of recycling baskets for your items. Staff was friendly and worked efficiently. read more

LOL all the other people complaining over them leaving early.... Then dont go right before theyre about to close?! If theyve been sitting out there all day & wanna go home early thats no excuse to complain & try to say its not a good recycling center. Why would you even choose to go right before theyre about to close? Thats rude on YOUR part, not theirs. i would love to know where you all work so I can go in right before youre about to go home & see how you like it. Not to mentions its only over 100 degrees outside & theyve been there since 8am. Get over yourselves & quit only thinking about YOURSELVES. I havent even been there yet, but theyre my kind of people if they close early & go home early! Nothing wrong w that! People just have to have something to whine & cry about in this town. Its pathetic. read more

There a joke we pulled in 10min before closing and have everything already separated and the guy said no I'm ready to go home turned us away.... read more

Very quick and friendly! The helpful attendant even rounded up my payment to the next dollar. They also adhere to their posted hours, unlike some other recyclers in Visalia. read more

I've never met a more rude, unprofessional bunch in my life. The address is not on Houston, but the one in the mart and bottle parking lot on Walnut & Demaree. They could care less about you or their jobs, and close early so they can go home early. read more

This is a great recycling center. The employees are professional, kind and the happiest workers I've worked with. After several poor experiences with competitors, this place is a welcome. Keep up the great work read more
