Customer service was somewhat terrible i got mean mugged the entire time and wad given attitude from the start. but ill give updates on how my car is running if i knew before i wouldve never game. i hope they don't mess up and OIL CHANGE or do or take something from my car or what not... this is terrible people cant go out and get an oil change without being afraid something might happen to there car! read more

Not sure why the bad reviews but the service department has treated me like gold. First my Toyota had a flat tire and a remote with a bad battery. They replaced the battery so after my mechanic fixed my tire I could get in the car. Also had a low tire on my Isuzu bad weather today but I drove to them asked if they could air it up. They said sure pull it in, didn't charge me wouldn't take a tip. You can't find better people than this. read more

This is by far the worst dealership in PA. First off their used cars are not truly gone over thoroughly. I went there to buy what looked to be beautiful used 2015 pick up truck. Low and behold after driving it off the lot, with fresh "inspections," I quickly realized the entire driver side front end is broken. Bringing it back to the dealer for repairs, it sat on the lot for almost two weeks before I was told anything of which I had to call THEM to find anything out. They attempted to fix all of the issues, but instead not only did they miss all of the things that were already broken when they sold it to me (that I had to point out to them,) but then they proceeded to break even more parts in attempt to fixing the original problems. Which of course wasn't realized again until they gave me my truck back to drive home improperly fixed. As I stop for fuel about an hour away to realize all of my front differential fluid is under and all over the bottom of my truck. Guess who didn't even make it home with his "barely used and completely fixed new truck." Then I take it to a real trained dealer where they find 3 more things still broke and never even noticed by Toyota that needed fixed. Two months after buying my truck it's still at a "lift specialist" so I was told, basically getting a whole new front end. Some how without my permission unannounced to me, This BS Dealer call the lift place tells them to put my broke truck back together. So they can come get it behind my back. And drive it back to their dealer which is where I did not want it ever again. Then after calling the ford dealer that diagnosed and came up with all the things colonial Toyota missed, I come to find out who the lift " specialist" was. I call the lift people to find out Colonial Toyota decided to just go get my truck without my permission. After finding this out I call Toyota to find out where my truck is. Their third party Manager tells me it's there. So him and I discuss returning my Truck. "Cause it's fixed" after three months of chasing them around. Just to come to find out, they took my replaced half shaft off and replaced it with the old one they didn't not fix my outer wheel bearings and now I have two wonderful deep scratches in my roof, dew to their way below average mechanics, lifted it to high. Some how colonial Toyota just so happened to miss all the underlining issues of a vehicle before they choose to slap a sticker on it and sell it to a customer fully knowing it was unsafe. Not one person was fired or let go for doing their jobs beyond improperly, even after their service manager told me they didn't know what they we're doing. It took me over a week to get a return phone call from their sad excuse for a general manager. So If I was going to do professional business, I would NEVER GO to this dealer. They are 100% liars and shady as all hell. I shouldn't have been sold an unsafe vehicle/given it back in less than two weeks later for repairs and then also have chase them down for answers/updates. If you need any proof or have questions PLEASE contact me. DON'T make the same mistake I did by trusting this ignorant excuse of a dealer. Cj the owner and his Gm Joe are cowards and scam artist! I went in with my fiancé to purchase a better reliable vehicle for him to drive back and forth from Delmont, PA for work every night. We purchased a Honda Accord from the dealership. Right from the start we should have taken the car back because there were different alert messages showing on the dash, but the dealership said they would take care of that before we took the car home. We then proceeded to continue to purchase this vehicle under the impression it would be a reliable vehicle whether used or not, the car only being only just now 4 years old and not even having 100,000 miles on it and paying almost $25,000 for the vehicle. We then about a week or two later had to tow the car to the dealership because it was hesitating, then the dash lit up with a bunch of lights and the car wouldn't go over 40 mph. They stated it was spark plugs. Then got the car back, within a few more weeks, the car started doing the same issues, we brought the car back to the dealership, they stated that they hope this fixes the problem and changed the fuel pumps. We got the car back but wasn't driving it being he got hurt at work so was out for about a month, no sooner he gets back to driving the car, it does the same issue again, we take it back in, they then proceed to tell us we have to pay them $1200 dollars to fix the fuel injectors on the vehicle. These issues should not be happening on this new of a vehicle with such low mileage. They still have the car sitting in the service parking lot, because we refuse to pay for the issue. We feel that the service department is just guessing at what is wrong with the vehicle and is trying to force us to pay for a $25000 dollar vehicle ontop of paying for the vehicle to be fixed after so soon coming off the lot. The gentlemen we talked to says that its just like buying a home, you never know with used vehicles whether there will be mechanical issues. Well, no sir, if someone is paying that much for a vehicle off a car lot, they are under the impression that the car is going to be reliable for a good while before any mechanical issues arise, wear and tear, yes these things happen. But mechanical. I DONT THINK SO! This dealership needs to fix their mistakes and their guesses and get this vehicle back in running order for us, the customer. This dealership needs to do better over views of these vehicles they are selling to people and then when things like this go wrong, they need to do better in fixing the problem that they have made by selling the vehicle that isn't reliable. read more

My car wouldn't start, so I sent it to the service department to get fixed. They "misdiagnosed" the problem as the fuel pump, then found out it was the EMC. They lied to my mother and told her it was both. Eventually when the truth came out, it turns out that it was just the EMC. We were going to be charged $1,100 for their mistake. If you don't think it's really scummy to lie to a single mother and try to take graduation money from an 18 year old, fantastic place to go! read more

I was co signing for a truck for my son who didn't tell me he let his credit go some what bad well I didn't understand why they were having a hard time getting the loan financed but all the dealership cared about was selling the truck and they ran my credit through like 25 banks my score went from a 670 to a 629 I wish they would have been more concerned about my credit! read more

Purchased a new 2017 Toyota Tacoma Off Road. Sales were great, gave me what I wanted on the trade and I got the truck I wanted. The truck came with a factory lift on it. At around 2200 miles, a humming growling noise and vibration started. I brought the truck back to the dealership to have it fixed. I explained that when lifting a Toyota, the needle bearing needs replaced and causes the hum hum noise. The service department told me the bearings were all good and that the noise is still there but they rotated my tires for me. UNACCEPTABLE!!! So a Toyota Dealer, who installed a factory lift, doesn't know the bearing doesn't work with lifted Toyotas...Then they try to pitch me a story that a new truck with less than 3000 miles has worn tires that is causing the issue. Now I will be forced to by the part needed and pay for a shop to fix the truck on my own. This is clearly an issue covered under warranty and needs addressed by the dealership. I am highly disappointed in the service and the lack of knowledge of the service technicians... Not mention it was a 2 hour drive for me to bring the truck back, ,4 hour round trip all for nothing, but an insult! read more

The sales associate I dealt with, Jason, was easy to work with. When I arrived to buy the car, the transaction was very smooth -- I was out of there in about an hour, including a test drive and handling a trade-in. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from these people. The Toyota Tacoma is great and I am more than satisfied. I can not say that for the sales people or the service department. They gave me just enough gas to get to the gas station after the sale. The seviice department is just as bad. The first three times I had my engine oil changed there I discovered that the engine oil level was 1 quart low after the oil change. The service department managers responce was any level between the two marks on the oil dipstick is GOOD ENOUGH. They replaced the power stearing pump under warranty. On the way home smoke started coming out from under the hood. I pulled over and opened the hood to find power steering fluid pucking out of the power steering pump and it was sprayed all over the entire engine compartment. After I got home, I called the service department manager. He offered that if I returned to the garage they would clean up the mess. I told him that I had all ready cleaned up the mess. He then started to tell me how highy skilled their service department people were. I would not let these people work on my lawn mower. read more

Poor business ideals. Worked with Matt S who ended up being a stereotypical scumbag. My fiancé and I visited them with the promise of seeing a vehicle that was "ready to be sold" as we were told. Turns out it hadnt been cleaned or had any repairs. Who does that? When we returned from the test drive, Matt pointed to a vehicle in the lot that was the same model and said he had just sold it and that the car we were interested in was going to clean up even nicer than that one. IT WAS MY CAR! He lied to us. I let it slide. I then asked if I could at least see the shop list of repairs they were going to do. He left and came back saying the garage was closed and he couldnt get them. Wen discussing price, we gave an offer and he went to talk to his manager, Marty. He returned asking if he agreed to the price, we would have to pay that day and we could pick up the car after it was repaired and cleaned. I wasnt comfortable with it and so he went back to Marty. He returned agreeing to the price and we set up a meeting to return when it was actually ready to be sold. The day comes, they dont call when they say. When I call, Matt is extremely rude because I am bothering him, saying he isnt sure if the car will be ready and he will call back. He doesnt so I call and ask for the manager, who is Marty. He says they cant do that price and puts Matt on, who informs me in a very rude tone. AGAIN, WHO DOES THAT? I didnt do anything wrong. He was talking over me like he earned the right. Marty is standing right there. I get Marty on the phone and he only apologizes. They do not move on the sticker price, only saying they cant do that the price we agreed on, that I had Matt write on a business card. Unbelievable way to conduct business. I was appalled and extremely offended to have this MF lie to my fiancé and me. The difference was $1000. I hope my posting costs them much more than that and I invite any involved or curious parties to contact me directly. read more
