My opinion is more rock solid after reading all the following reviews!…read more So after my lengthy experience with this dishonest company I will never use them again for bulk shirt ordering, let me explain... I placed an order for some bulk shirt items and didn't think anything of it having done this with other companies many times before for years. This company had a shirt I wanted to try and I took a gamble buying it and boy was it a bad one! As I waited for my order to arrive it was around 2 week's that I questioned about the location of my order. Again not thinking about it I called and was told it was lost and the shipping information noted that it was delivered to the east coast somewhere. So this was the start to finding the levels of discourteous patterns I would discover about them over time. Again I had to call back and dreading this it took everything out of me to do it but I needed these items as my customers where expecting delivery. My package was located and after it arrived very late, the order was inventoried to find that one of the items sent was wrong. So now you can imagine my anxiety at this point of having to yet call again and listen to the sharp, and overbearing agent that cannot be told otherwise. I had no idea my day was about to go sideways since the first run in with this guy. I know I'm stuck having to waste my time with this poor representative of a human but he did send out a replacement after pulling some teeth and his instructions were to send back the other item as soon as this one arrived and they would take care of the rest as it would be considered an even exchange. So I believed him and this was an even bigger mistake that given this company my business. This was too good to be true. 3 months later I was charged for this item including shipping. There was no communication from them or a shipping label ever provided for the return. So here we are; items ordered, lost, found, replaced but with underhanded conditions and now a company that is guilty of unauthorized fraudulent charges. So I can't do this anymore, I had to call in to put all this together but as expected it what a mistake. I was told I would not receive a refund and they would not take back the original unused item and so NO refund would be issued. So it's not surprising that others have experienced this push back with this mom & pop outfit. They are rude, dishonest, and misleading. The good news is there are other options out there with higher quality products and far better customer service so all I can do is tell others of my exhausting experiences with this poor company. They also offer no push back or at least a positive reciprocating conversation that doesn't end in utter frustration.

Mines been 5 weeks total now, and after speaking to a very rude representative, "John", I'm severely annoyed. You are supposed to issue a tracking number with your return. I had asked the postal lady to do that (not knowing I was supposed to get a copy), and I assumed it was on the box. So now that I don't have this number, my refund has been delayed, and I was told I would receive it on Monday - Wednesday. And now it's Wednesday - Friday, and now it could be another week or two. I'M SO OVER IT. Especially because this rep was literally just saying on the phone "well you didn't give us a tracking number, so there's nothing I can do" Not a "sorry, I've emailed multiple people, with no response, I'm trying." it just automatically goes to him being frustrated with me because there was no tracking number. "well we sent you the instructions in the email" so annoyed. Very rude. I just want my money back. Worst service ever.

It got the job done. I needed a baby shower gift and needed it now…read more I looked for a baby section looking for an air filter. I walked through half the store.started out in the grocery section. They have ready to go lunches. Deli sandwiches and salads. I was surprised; had no idea. I liked that. The store was clean, I found a humidifier for baby Atlas. Let's go! Checkout was a breeze. Lines at self serve but two cashier lines were open. The young lady helping me was very helpful, engaging and personable. 5 stars for the customer service. 4 stars for the store. The parents were very happy with their baby gift from Target. The humidifier was a great bang for the buck price. A great values for my hard earned dollars.

The customers appreciate her attitude. This Target is often like this. 12 in self checkout, 9 in the register line, no manager in sight. 7 minutes in line and the line at both checkout and this register is longer, this register's line is almost double. Finally, as I get to my turn (I was 9th when I got in line) a manager finally appears and calls for anyone else who can checker to come up and they open a second line. Not going to stop shopping here, but come on! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I've been shopping here for over 15 years and it has become pretty popular lately (probably because Costco has gotten pretty close in pricing to a normal store, so not much benefit there). Grocery Items are fresh, I love their steaks and roasts, salmon and cod, ground turkey and bacon, produce is half the cost of Costco and the clothing and shoes dept. also much better. Dairy pricing in comparable, bakery is sub-par to Costco but cheaper. Costco does not carry sourdough bread in the bakery and Sam's does. Bread items priced the same, so I keep both cards (always have since 1985). Costco monthly coupons seem to match Sam's too. Some items are out of stock once in a while, but they have now started a "no charge" policy for curb side pickup, to those of us that just have the basic membership, so that's a plus. The last 2 years I have thought about cancelling my Costco membership as I seem to be shopping more at Sam's.

Their products are just like Costco's without the heavy crowds except for Saturdays. The cost for membership is less than Costco's. The Cafe has yummy Pizzas, ice cream with brownies and slurpies, pizza pretzels, cinnamon pretzels and hot dogs with all sorts of drinks. Curbside pickup does their job well. Also free shipping over $50 on 98% of their products. You get 5 percent off gas and 5 percent off food with their top membership and credit card. It is a great place to shop and eat with friends and family
