Come the day of cleaning they told me they didn't have any nitrous oxide for when I was doing the fillings. As I am on the verge of a panic attack they insist that I should just do the lidocaine and that it will be fine. I explained multiple times that I will have a breakdown if I don't do the gas. They were very dismissive of the fact that I am not comfortable doing the fillings without gas. We set up a new appointment and they said they'll "let me know" if they have the nitrous oxide for next time.

I told her that my kids were there for their appointment and she glared at me and rudely told me that she has no kids coming in and I'm in the wrong spot. I understand I made a mistake but, she is not a nice woman. When I came to the correct spot next door, I told them what happened and why I was a few minutes late. Another mother in the lobby made the same mistake and agreed that the receptionist was just a rude lady. I have other words I'd rather use but, I have class.

That is not a full medical record. It didn't give any names of the people that treated me.
