Less than a month after installation, the stove completely stopped working. No heat, no functionality--just a cold, useless appliance sitting in the center of their kitchen. My dad, who is proud and never asks for help unless absolutely necessary, has called and reached out to Lowe's multiple times--each time hoping for some kind of support, some kind of compassion, or at the very least, a technician to come take a look. But those calls were met with indifference, long hold times, and empty promises. No one has come. No one has fixed anything. And no one seems to care. So here they are--months later--without a working stove, struggling to prepare meals, and feeling utterly defeated. They only got a few weeks of use from an appliance that cost them hundreds of dollars. For many people, that might be an inconvenience. For them, it's a crisis. This has caused so much stress and frustration, not to mention the emotional toll of feeling unheard and unseen. They trusted Lowe's. They believed they were buying from a reputable company that would stand by its products and help when something went wrong. Instead, they've been ignored. Forgotten.
