The office personnel are very cordial and work diligently to ensure their service fits our schedule. Robbie is the delivery person who always calls, as I've requested, when he'll be on our property within the half hour. He is cordial and puts safety first in the delivery. Our tank is located at the opposite end of our house requiring Robbie to walk the long filler hose past a huge tree to the tank. I watch his process and know he uses best safety practices at every step of the filling. Leak tests are performed before hookup and after the process is completed. I attended several OSHA courses in the field of high pressure gas safety while at NASA, JSC. I observe each step taken in having my tank filled as when I take cylinders for my gas grills in for filling. My training and basic common sense known by the average person, keeps me going back to Automatic Gas for our propane needs. I learned of this company from my neighbor whose usage is much higher than mine and I'm glad I did.

Long drive = must have snacks!!…read more We stopped in because we had a snack attack... spicy Doritos, king size Milky Way, a cranberry sprite, and I was ready to go!! (Don't use the bathrooms) Poole had them all... including the hard to find cranberry sprite! (No Swedish fish though) This little spot was crammed full of stuff to satisfy the savage beast or the Shaq snack attack!) We grabbed grubbed and got outta dodge... On the road again... just can't wait to get in the road again...

The only complaint I have is that I passed it up twice because the GPS didn't know exactly where the address was located and the second time I missed it because the signage isn't very noticable at all, especially if you are going south and coming from the north. So look carefully or you will miss it.
