After this conversation, I felt confident that they would be able to handle my job. So I hired them. Also, I felt the hourly price for three movers was reasonable. Based on the amount of work they did and how long the job took, the final bill was big...but worth it. The day of my move, three guys came and careful wrapped, protected, and moved my furniture and boxes into their truck. They had everything including packing tape, plastic wrap, blankets, large cardboard bins and hand trucks. The difficult part was moving everything into the new place that had three levels and two narrow staircases. Jeremiah and the other two guys were amazing at getting everything in its place. They maintained a positive attitude, had good energy, and worked hard for several hours on a very hot day. I really appreciated how conscientious they were about trying not to damage anything. Jeremiah also did a nice job of reassembling and reattaching everything from bed frames to the refrigerator doors to a china cabinet. I would hire them again and would certainly recommend them. During the move I asked the guys if they also hauled junk, which they do. We were so happy with them during the move that we just scheduled them to come haul the junk a few days later. I am now in the midst of unpacking and I'll go into that in a minute. When we moved, we were not prepared. We had just moved half a storage unit into the house and ended up giving away tons of stuff. So we had barely packed, not for a move into storage. Andrew and his crew showed up that morning ready to go and they packed so much of our stuff with absolutely the most care. As I sit and unpack, every single thing is labeled, every chair, every item, which room them came from and who, everything wrapped to perfection. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. I trusted Andrew and the guys to wrap and care for my vintage furniture, delicate mirrors and a lifetime of memories. And they surpassed any and all expectations. When I called in I was professionally greeted and ordering service was simple and straightforward. I ordered the "White Glove" service which included unboxing, assembly and disposal of box. Max and Billy went right to work putting my media center together and the whole process of delivery, assembly, placement and removal of boxes were all done in 30 minutes.
