I understand if it's busy (which it was yesterday) but it wasn't that busy! And today it was dead and I still didn't get a refill of my water or a check up. The waitress was nice though, so it's hard to be frustrated. The ambiance is fine. It's clean and spacious with limited parking but that's not a big deal.
