Macchiato and some flowers
Ponch ..

Greeted with friendly smiles as I walked in and during my stay. Expedient services getting my macchiato out for me. Plenty of seating at tables and a couple stand up bars for when you may need to stretch or just conversation . lol seating outside available as well for you outsiders. Clean place of business and the bathrooms are clean as well. Free parking

Chose this coffee shop due to it being near our hotel and we were not disappointed. Coffee was good and the ham and cheese sandwich was delightful. Beautiful interior, aesthetic inside and outside. They have a nice outdoor patio, with an open concept, which gives a nice feel to the coffee shop.

Tea. A drink with jam and bread. They didn't have any of that, though.

It's a cute coffee shop, but my problem with it is with the tea. Yes, it's a coffee shop but not everyone drinks coffee. Some of us drink tea. You need to offer more than four varieties. And one of the varieties should be a simple black tea. Nothing fancy, just tea. It's really not hard. We went on a Sunday morning and the weather was wet, so it was pretty crowded inside. The tea comes in a really cute pot (see my picture). The presentation was nice, although that's not what I came here for. The tea was mediocre, at best. I was really hoping for something better. I can't comment on the coffee since I don't drink coffee, but the tea leaves much to be desired. Hopefully they'll up the stock and get in some better teas. Then this will be a really great place.

My new favorite coffee shop!! Their coffee is so smooth and their location is very convenient for me. I can't wait to come back and enjoy their patio when it gets nicer

Wonderful. I did order the boring plain black coffee but the place was great. A great layout with different places to sit and chill and/or work. The servers were nice and quick to hand you the order you wanted.

The ambiance is calm and inviting I will for sure spend a day working there soon. the esthetic is minimal and comfy. I ordered a 16oz latte with almond milk and four shots total. The espresso is ground to perfection and great quality. I am not a sweet drink person and usually get asked to add sweetener but not here. The collective invites you to be you and offers exceptional customer service. I recommend visiting especially on a beautiful sunny day as they have outdoor seating as well.

I'll get right to the point. I thought the place sucked. Indifferent service at the counter. The coffee was cold. We found one available table, only because it was dirty. When we got our coffee, I had to ask if someone could please wipe the table, so we could use it. The Collaborative is essentially an Internet café or cybercafé with a mediocre coffee bar. This is not a place to relax and have a good cup of coffee.

The Collab is probably my favorite coffee shop in town. It is pretty hidden and I drove past it dozens of times without realizing what a gem I was missing. They have great standard drinks and their rotating seasonal menu is always fun to explore! I've tried things here that I never thought I'd want to try, and they became a seasonal favorite! I hope they bring back the peaches and cream iced latte this summer-totally not something I ever thought I would want. Also-try the broccoli quiche. It is DEVINE! The manager, Gabe, is always really kind and will chat with customers, but also quick to pick up on if a person isn't wanting to banter. The space is super great! They really try to make it a space that's good for working and studying, and I feel like they've done a great job. I totally feel like the back room area is my go-to work space, and the front area is where I meet friends. I even took a job interview here when they asked where I wanted to meet for the interview. In the warmer months, they will sometimes open the garage door that is part of the wall, and the store interior flowed nicely into their patio. I like that they really work to make the patio a space for all year with fans and heating out there.

We ordered 2 pizzas, and a salad with sardines and I couldn't believe how flavorful the Caesar salad was. That combined with the sardines was the perfect bite. I loved the music, it had such a great vibe, you can really dress up or down here, it's such a chill place but still has a classy look to it. Crab Rangoon pizza is out of this world

We went on a Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. to try this counterpart to Ava June…read more I have to apologize in advance for the lack of photos to go with this review. Much like Ava June, everything is a little funky here--not in a bad way, just different and unique. We started with cocktails; she had her usual Old Fashioned, but ordered it as a "normal", with Makers Mark, I had a glass of chardonnay (subtotal $28). She put her Makers Mark Old Fashioned near the top of the best in town ($2 extra for Makers??). We frequently split meals, so decided to share a Little Gems salad, which was VERY good. There are only a few salads in town that I like as it's just not my thing, but this one was super tasty. For our pizza we went with the limited edition Cubano as I love a good Cuban sandwich and have a tomato allergy. They did a good job of converting a sandwich to a pizza, though I thought the toppings were a little sparse for $22. I would have preferred that the pickles have been chopped into something smaller than the thick slices it came with (so it LOOKED beautiful). The best part for me is that they offer a fresh-made GLUTEN-FREE rosemary dough!!!! It was absolutely THE BEST gluten-free crust I've ever experienced hands down. My wife said that she would order it even though it's g-f. The vibe was just good, pretty crowded with a mix of generations. The space is fairly small and tight, so be prepared for the possibility of sharing a table. So if you followed the math above (which should be easy if you knew me!) it was $65 plus tax and tip, so $100 for a pizza and salad dinner.... Would I go back?? I wouldn't rule it out given the fantastic gluten-free crust, but would likely consider somewhere else that I consider a better value before beating a path back to Lofi.
