Two locals created and coordinate the sponsorships and get the word out on Facebook. CTX is definitely a community gathering spot. In addition to being a coffee shop they have adult beverages and special evenings with fun programming. A new book club has begun meeting there too.

The bigger issue seems to be a lack of effective management and leadership. Having adequate staffing is only beneficial when team members are directed and working efficiently. There often appears to be little oversight or urgency, resulting in slower service despite the number of employees present. The staff are generally friendly, but the operational execution leaves much to be desired. With stronger management and better accountability, the customer experience could improve significantly.
